I have stayed multiple times here and still have pathetic service and manpower. No response to customer service and query. From last year on the name of renovation they started their civil work with huge noise. Bathroom running with falling water by ceiling.

Hotel is good but room had seepage smell all over and bathroom was leaking. They don’t keep towel / toiletries unless asked.

Worst reception and rooms i have ever had in my entire life. If you want to spoil your trip surely choose them. They are just worst.
