I found the room prices quite expensive in comparison with the overall status of the hotel. Rooms were quite small and breakfast spread was limited.

Had a horrible experience with this hotel. The attitude of staff especially the reception staff is not at all hospitable. Breakfast served was stale and not fresh of very poor quality, explanation being given that the number of guests are less therefore they are compromising on this. Having their breakfast made me suffer from gastroenteritis since food was not fresh. The ground staff housekeeping and room service staff are cooperative. But the receptionists are way too arrogant to be in this job. Overall its not a place i would like to come again in future for sure

Average hotel, bed linen was not clean and was having stains. Location is good very close to varanasi junction and breakfast was also good with very nice staff.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The hotel’s bathrooms were dirty and very small. The breakfast menu was very limited and tasted bad.

Property is nice. Just adjacent to the railway station. Food quality is fine. Only there was a noisy fan inside the room. Manager should get it checked

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
