A very low quality hotel with dirty fungus filled washroom scary corridors and uncleaned toilets The corridor looks scary at night The only good thing about this hotel is the garden outside and the old real mahal which are used as dining and ballroom The staff are also not great..

Exceptional experience Staff- Manager Mr ASHOK Mishra, Mr Ravi Gupta & his team. And one name from hotel staff Manish Singh and whole staff are just great at there work The luxury boutique hotel with all amenities like spa. Fine dining. Pool is 5/5. Unique experience with live music. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. This is my one of the best diwali at this hotel . Prime location peaceful spacious & personalized service made our kashi trip truly Memorable

The best ever stay at this place , the place feels like home and best part is feels luxury , be it food and stay . People are so warm . Mr Deepak from day 1 was very helpful and I personally do like to mention names , but persson who drove us from airport was very welcoming . People at the restaurant were very helpful and also made baby food on request as I travelled with my 7 month old. Best place and will come back again for sure . Don’t forget to have food and drinks Eder in room as well ..the food is yum

Toilet was unclean. Toilet bowls had spots. Toilet jetspray was leaking and was dirty with rust. Its an old big property but it needs renovation. Swimming pool was good. Breakfast was good. Staff are courteous. Its far away from ghats. Nothing to do nearby.

We a group of 4 checked in on 01Oct to 4th Oct and were allotted room nos.310 & 311. The check in was smooth but the room inside needs a makeover. The a/c in room no.311 was not functioning and after repeated requests they changed to Room no.309. There were maintenance work inside the property where the corridors were full with construction materials. Breakfast spread was decent and the overall quality was good. The management need to look for a better house keeping as they lack in that front. We asked for water at 10.30 in the evening but after two requests it didn’t come. When we asked to speak to Mr. Deepak Shukla we were informed that he is not available. Overall it’s an average experience with the property.

It's an excellent hotel with good location, facilities and very professional. The hotel is good value for money and the food range is extensive with very tasty food. Worth a visit. The restaurant staff led by the Manager, Mr. Shailendra, deserve a special mention for their hospitality and service standards.

The bar in the hotel Surya is fantastic, Manish the chief off the bar is fantastic !!Hulpful , nice, friendly!! For us is a 5!, whe tried moyito, and negroni, it was a nice experience ,in Varanasi, after being in Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi. After we going to Nepal
