Although it was a little far from Dashashwamedh Ghat, the location was good.
I felt that the room and meal costs were a little high.
Well, maybe that can't be helped near a tourist spot.
However, one thing to note is that the size of the room and the bed were very different from the photos on the accommodation agency's website.

Excellent service, hygiene maintained, well trained staff, without any tention we can take senior citizen here, its very closed to all temple's expecially will get all types of transportation within a time, food quality was excellent and service too

This is a great hotel with very nice ambience. I met Mr. Rakesh Singh at hotel's travel desk and he was my guide for entire Kashi tour. Very generous person with ample of knowledge about the city. Will recommend to visit this hotel and if possible you may consider Mr. Rakesh Singh Ji as your tour guide.

The room was too small i don't like the stay at all there is no hot water properly running and food of restaurant is tasteless and expensive. I will never suggest and recommend anyone to go and stay.

The staff was really polite. They arranged a car for us as we wanted to go to the railway station. Has very nice rooms and decent food

We stayed 3 nights. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. My wife suffered a lot climbing the stairs as she has knee pain, yet the charged me the full amount.

Lift was not in order. Rooms are very very small in deluxe. Staffs are good. Manager is very rude. Location is good. Foods are very costlier as per prevailing rates in varanasi
