first, they gave us a double room and promised to shift us to our allotted triple-bed room within an hour, but they moved us to the correct room nearly five hours later. the room is so small that they couldn't even fit the extra bed, so one person had to sleep on an extra mattress on the floor. the service is horrible—if you call room service, they will say "okay" but won't do anything. you have to go to the reception physically and repeatedly ask for things to be done. horrible experience—would never recommend it to anyone. it cost me around 7k for one night,

In-spite of a newly constructed hoel, locks are not working properly, the receptionist never calls back, there was no one available to take my order of food on arrival. Would not recommend this hotel.

Well, surely it’s just walking distance from the ghats but the service can be much better, but overall it was a pleasant stay

Good staff. Good food. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very near to assi ghat. Not easily accessible by car. It is recommended that you call them prior to arrival for parking assistant.

Very good to stay here please must visit this hotel and staff behivour very polite specially housekeeping shweta Sankar .It's definitely the best place for anyone who looks for stay near Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The stay here was so Comfortable and staff was kind and helpful. Its walkable distance from hotel to visit - Shri Vishwanath temple, Annapoorna Devi temple, Shri Visalakshi Temple, Ganga Aarthi. 1. There was no water supply in the morning. 2. The washrooms kept stinking because of drainage issues. 3. The room was smelling of cigarettes when allocated to me, the hygiene was a big concern.
