(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. Not bad, a good choice in this city, there is still a little distance from the Ganges, but there seems to be no suitable hotel on the Ganges River, so staying here is ok, recommended!

Location - Right at the Ghat. This would also make it inaccessible by vehicle. Hotel had arranged for the pick up and drop of luggages. So no worries there. Special mention to ever amiable Mr. Uday and Mr. Brahm Kumar. Rooms - Clean and well kept. Thanks to Mr. Fayad, Mr. Dileepkumar and others from House keeping Food - Eclectic & delectable. Kudos to Chef Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Sunilkumar, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Jyothikishan et al. Roof top terrace - Good place to start/wind-down your day with a cup of coffee. Special thanks to Tiwari ji. We got to visit the main temples, had very good darshan, attended Ganga Arti, were introduced to a few good street food joints, and did a bit of shopping as well. Despite being our first time here, everything went like clockwork due to one person - Mr. Sanjay Sahani. He is a very genuine and no BS guy. Overall Mr. Pankaj Mahajan and his team made sure that we had a very pleasant stay. This place would definitely be my first choice, the next time I visit Varanasi.
