"The stay at Vantalya Otel in Van was great. I had the warmest welcome which immediately made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. The room is spacious and clean with a hot shower and well working airconditioner. Also breakfast is good and there’s a great variety to choose from. And the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the center, making it a good spot to explore Van."

"The hotel was in the centre as a location cleaning order ***meat was good, but we left the car clean and was dirty without a closed parking side. The minibar products in the rooms were too expensive for outside. The air conditioning was either not working or not in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't tell them that, they wouldn't be interested in it. It was a good breakfast."

"Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us."
