We had an appartment which contained a nest of badbugs. The first moprning we didn't notice, but the second i had over 20 bites, and searching through the bed we fouind some. When we alarmed the staff, they started decontaminating the room, and later told us they found a nest. The staff was helpfull and sorry for us, however it ruined our holiday completely. Found 28th February

Fantastic value for money. Large rooms at the B&B. Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness and very good breakfasts with a wide choice. Facilities include garage parking, spa with sauna and steam room, ski and boot room (heated), lounge area and breakfast room. Valtournenche is a charming village providing easy access to the Cervinia/Zermatt ski area. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants and charming bars a short walk away. We stayed for 1 week and were sorry to leave.

First time in Valtournenche, found this B&B on Tripadvisor and it was a great choice. Large and well-equipped room, like the bathroom and the balcony, beautiful view of the mountain overlooking the town, relaxing. Kind and knowledgeable receptionist, good cleaning and breakfast. There are however some small negatives: the bed is remade in a simple way by pulling up sheets and bedspread, it does not give the sense of perfection. Fruit is completely missing from breakfast. The reception opens during office hours, in case of need you have to call, it is not the best. Parking problem, but this is common to almost all the structures in the place, there are only two free spaces, paid garage, there is however a free parking a few dozen meters away, quite large but in August it is a race to see who arrives first. These flaws do not compromise the good judgment considering the good quality-price ratio.

Nice and comfortable room for 4, clean and spacious. At 7pm the reception closes and there is an emergency button. It happens that my daughters accidentally leave the key in the room and we get locked out. At 8pm we press the emergency button and contact the answering machine number which is turned off for an hour. Panic: I decide to call the firefighters. Luck is on my side: the policeman is a colleague of the owner and tries to contact him on another number. We are safe, the owner comes back and opens the door for us. If you don't know how to welcome tourists, don't do this job!!! shameful!!!

After staying in B&Bs for a few years, having a great time, my family and I have been staying in the Depandance located right in the center of Valtournenche for quite a few years! Beautiful apartment in its structure, comfortable and modern! And last but not least the professionalism and kindness of the staff! Highly recommended!
