En esta Residencia con más de 700 estudiantes hay brotes de LA ENFERMEDAD DE LA SARNA. La Dirección de Mi Campus y de la propia Residencia son conocedores de este gran PROBLEMA DE SALUD y no siguen el protocolo para erradicar la enfermedad. Están siendo supervisados por Salud Pública de la Generalitat Valenciana. Como padres de alumnos de este centro, tenemos una gran preocupación ya que por más que les hemos advertido del problema, no están colaborando. Es un problema muy grave que lleva ya más de dos años sucediendo entre los residentes y quizá también entre los trabajadores del propio centro. Solicitamos ayuda .

En la residencia se preocupan de la limpieza lo mismo que en un sótano abandonado, hay muchas personas con sarna y no toman ninguna medida. Las instalaciones son muy pobres, los ascensores están la mitad de tiempo estropeados, menos mal que el año que viene me voy.

Deze residentie is een nachtmerrie. Ik kon het niet verdragen, er is geen accommodatie voor gasten. Er waren zeer onbeschofte bewoners die mij kwamen proberen pijn te doen. Het voelde als de aanwezigheid van het kwaad. Het ruikt ook naar wiet; dat is het enige leuke eraan. Eten is oneetbaar. Ik moest ongeveer dertig seconden geleden nostalgie verhuizen naar het Valencia Westin.

Me fui a hacer deporte en la playa y cuando volví mi almohada estaba con sangre, el suelo está muy sucio, las máquinas no funcionan no dan cambio y los residentes son satánicos y molestos tiran ketchup a nuestra terraza huele la residencia a porro

Cuidado ESTAFADORES ! No reservar se quedan con el dinero de tu reserva (250€)y te hacen pagar un mes de curso. Esta ha sido mi experiencia . Reserve hace unos meses ya que me informaron de que si no admitían a mi hija me devolverían la reserva que debí depositar en el momento que reserve. Cuando fui a cancelar mi reserva antes de la fecha que me indicaron para poder devolvérmela, ya que mi hija finalmente estudiará en nuestra ciudad y no en Valencia , me he encontrado con que se niegan a devolverla y me cobran un mes de curso (1267€!). Todo por firmar un contrato. El cual te mandan en el momento de reservar y que firmas pensando que si no lo haces te puedes quedar sin plaza y que además tiene una cláusula de rescisión que indica que el contrato se rescinde si se avisa antes del 31 de julio como yo hice. Me siento claramente engañada y estafada. Por ello aconsejo no reservar aquí ya que son unos DELINCUENTES. Eso si cuando entras en su web te pone una publicidad que no tienen letra pequeña que irónico y que te guía a firmar el contrato. Además te dan información engañosa para que caigas en la estafa.

Son unos delincuentes!!! Cuidado al hacer la reserva. A pesar de que anuncian en su web que si no eres admitido y lo comunicas antes del 31 de julio, te devuelven la fianza (250€) NO LO HACEN. Es más, pretenden cobrar una mensualidad a modo de penalización a pesar de ser preavisados el 18 de julio, es decir, cuando salen las listas de admitidos. Es una vergüenza y un engaño.

il mio soggiorno durato ben 7 notti ( purtroppo) è stato orribile. il primo giorno fin dal primo momento io e le mie compagne ci siamo ritrovate in una stanza esageratamente piccola per tre perché si trattava in realtà di una doppia; ma l'aspetto peggiore riguardava la pulizia, totalmente assente. Abbiamo trovato posate utilizzate sopra le mensole e grandi quantità di avanzi di cibo, ormai ammuffito, sul pavimento. Le lenzuola non erano state cambiate e il bagno era indecente e malfunzionante. IN CONCLUSIONE NON CONSIGLIEREI QUESTA STRUTTURA A NESSUNO.
