A wonderful place to stay, a large room with a brilliant bathroom. The kitchen and terrace on the 5th floor is an added bonus. The location is perfect, just a short walk to everything you may wish to visit but extremely quiet for a good night's sleep. The receptionist , Chiara, was helpful, cheerful and a lovely person. Would definately stay there again.

Very good location to things in the city, the rooms were very clean and good value for money overall, the reception staff were also so so friendly ! the only downside is we were on the 5th floor next to the shared amenities such as kitchen and terrace and people were so loud it kept us awake a few times and woke us up

Went for 3 night over Moto GPweekend. This was lovely hotel to stay in. Very clean room made up daily clean towels ect. The kitchen is on top floor with nice roof terrace. It was quiet at night maybe time year people didn’t sit out on night 🤷♀️ we had later flight so instructions given about getting to hotel very easy. I would go back. Top tips. Take both cards out with you. Take travel kettle for morning drink

I can’t remember what made me book this hotel as it isn’t as cheap as some of the better rooms I’ve stayed in. Our room was ready on arrival which is always nice. The bed to sleep on was comfortable and the shower was good. It was a very clean room too. The receptionist was nice. The kitchen upstairs was useful. We kept our soy in there and I made cups of tea each day. The location was great. The bed frame and possibly the bed itself was too big for the room. Every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to squeeze past a small gap between the wall/tv and I still managed to bang my knee on the wooden bed frame a couple of times. The wifi wasn’t great. Don’t plan on watching a streaming service there! I also borrow books from my library electronically. I couldn’t download them. I would suggest that they ban smoking on the terrace. Nothing worse when you’re enjoying a cup of tea and the view and someone starts smoking. Yuk. Ultimately I would choose somewhere else next time. I don’t think it was great value for money.

Very friendly staff and hotel in an excellent location. I stayed for 5 days with a friend and the room next to us was being renovated. Every morning at 8 it was like having construction workers in the room, not to mention the constant coming and going of building materials located everywhere in the hotel. I think these works will continue because our room also had things to fix (parts of the bathroom door frames missing). Currently it is ABSOLUTELY not worth the price.

Small B&B in the historic center of Valencia, very complete, with spacious rooms, very clean, with an elevator and excellent service from the receptionist María. No breakfast, but with a common kitchen with everything you need to make all meals. It has tables and chairs, kitchen, oven, 2 microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dryer. It also has a beautiful furnished terrace. It far exceeded my expectations. I would return, if I return to the city and I will recommend it to my friends. Difficult to find because it is located on a 400-meter street that changes name every block.

Small hotel located a few minutes' walk from the historic center and close to public transport, in a very quiet location. The rooms have been recently renovated, very clean, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Possibility to rent bicycles, free luggage storage. On the top floor there is a kitchen and a terrace available to guests, they also lend umbrellas for the beach - Reading the other reviews I was expecting a more modest environment but we were very satisfied.
