Clean hotel. Situated in the middle of the old town and the beach. To the beach bus 93 - 15 minutes. If the windows are facing the entrance, it is very noisy.

Apartment quite clean, except for the stained sheets and pillows. Ours was a trip with an 18 month old baby. Despite the request to have an early check in after 2 hours of flight we had to wait until 4 to enter. (luckily there is the possibility of leaving the suitcases inside) After 3 requests to have a seat for the baby (for eating) they provided it in the room (saying: let's see based on availability) "AVAILABILITY?!?!?!" with the price that is not small the structure should be more equipped for the little ones in my opinion.. it is insistent that if a family with small children arrives you do not have the adequate equipment! In the room instead of the double bed there are two single beds attached which however come apart immediately because they are joined.. The room should have a divider (sliding door) between the room and the kitchenette.. there was none as booked. Not a very pleasant experience, perhaps for couples it would be fine but for a family with small children I would not recommend it. The location is quite good, it is very close to the city of science (about 10 minutes on foot crossing the park) to the center on foot about twenty minutes always on foot. There is public transport nearby, and 2 supermarkets at modest prices

3-night city trip with friends in this pleasant city. Our choice of accommodation lived up to our expectations. The quality/price ratio is there! Located in a quiet area with very little traffic. The building is modern, tastefully decorated and quite refined. The reception and the hall set the tone as soon as you arrive. Open and professional staff. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The bedding is good and the cleaning was perfect. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing to complain about. We recommend without any hesitation. We had taken the meal plan for breakfast which is a little disappointing. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria on the corner. The place is good but the choice is limited as are the quantities. You can only choose one plate (scrambled eggs, salmon toast, avocado toast, sweet toast with Nutella/pear/walnuts, etc.) and we were left wanting more. The quantities clearly need to be reviewed. We do not recommend the breakfast formula for big eaters. There were 4 of us women and unanimously, we were still hungry after eating the plate. Pastries are extra. The geographical location is good for visiting the old town (20 minutes on foot) and the new town (13 minutes on foot). It is located near the large park (2 minutes on foot) in the middle of the city so you automatically pass by it whatever visits you make... This park is long and crosses a large part of the city, a real treat for lovers of cycling, walking, running, rollerblading, etc.

Professional staff. Very large apartment, well laid out. Large bathroom with Italian shower. Well-equipped kitchen, with fridge and 2 small welcome bottles of water, dishes, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso Very comfortable bedding Daily cleaning, with change of towels and even our dishes were done. Located near the Cité des Arts, the historic center and easy to access by metro from the airport
