My first trip to Utsunomiya. The hotel is right in front of the Romantic Village, so it is close to tourist spots such as Wakatake no Mori and Otani Museum, as well as the Romantic Village, and is in a good location if you have a car. The hotel is clean, and there is a small shop where you can buy alcohol and snacks to enjoy in the lobby. Free coffee, instant tea, and black tea are available in the lobby. The room is small, but the space is well utilized, so there is a sofa, which is nice. There is no bathtub. This was my first time staying at this type of Marriott, and it was great considering the price and location.
It was a reservation on the day, so it was not a main building but a stay at an annex a little far away. The main building is a common business hotel, but the annex is not a business hotel with a feeling of renovating the apartment. I was worried about the smell of less 々 because the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space (so-called one room in the apartment). Also, there is a veranda, but there is only a fence of height that can easily invade, so there is less 々 security anxiety. I thought it was dangerous to leave the window open.
It is about 3 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. It was close, so I was grateful to come back tired from sightseeing.
The room was clean. Some of the wallpaper was light blue and cute.
Amenities were minimal but sufficient.
I thought the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free.
There was also a water confectionery unique to Utsunomiya for one day during my stay.
I was relieved not to be with people because I could take it back to my room and eat it. This is the hotel I want to stay again!
Very Good

The hotel is a very nice hotel, a very nice hotel and a very nice hotel.
The staff is also very pleasant despite our approximate Japanese they have done everything they can to get to understand each other and to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
However, two minor problems occurred during the stay:
- The container is little isolated, which makes the air conditioned must work all the time so that the temperature remains pleasant.
- The terrain is located next to a metro line outside and unfortunately we hear it quite strongly in the rooms
The two concerns we have met may not be, because if you leave the heating no problem of comfort and if you sleep between midnight and 6:00 a.m. the train will not bother you.
I am still happy with this hotel that has responded to my expectations.
The Utsunomiya Inter Resort Hotel Formerly Hotel Tsur provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Utsunomiya Inter Resort Hotel Formerly Hotel Tsur is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Utsunomiya. The hotel offers easy access to JR Kanuma Station, just 8km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Tagesan Temple, Forestpark Utsunomiya Camping Ground No.1 and Utsunomiya Shinrin-Koen Park. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
The Golf Course Hotel in the mountains is very beautiful, the open-air hot springs are very good, the breakfast is not many but delicious, the facilities are very standard, but only by car can be reached.
The location is a bit far from the center of the city, but there is no problem especially because I went by car. There is plenty of parking space, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Is it a little inconvenient to use by train, bus, etc.
It was a kind customer service. The lighting in the room is bright around the bed and dark around the desk. It was comfortable on the bed to work on the PC. There is also wifi. The convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is close, but it is on the other side of the road to get to Utsunomiya Station. It was raining, so when I asked for a taxi, I called it immediately and it was 500 yen to Utsunomiya station.
Good service Chinese can communicate nearby. Almost all the convenient things are bought. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. One person lives in the room. The double bed is very comfortable. Disadvantages. The elevator only has one space. It is a bit small. There may be a long time.
The location is very convenient and the environment is clean. The female staff who speak Mandarin at the front desk are kind and help store luggage early. The facilities are complete and everything is needed. Breakfast is simple, but can

Outstanding
AAngelaHotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers.
But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops.
Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average.
AAnonymous UserStrategic location within walking distance from JR Utsunomiya Station.
Reasonable Price & redeem coins to have some discount.
Self service to have amenities items based on personal needs at the lobby
Of course self service for clothing washer and coffee machine are available in the hotel !
Daily cleaning room service provided.
Comfortable to stay in the hotel. Surrounding area is quiet.
SSzu MinSheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)
GGuest UserLocation was very convenient, at the the train station. We took bullet train from Tokyo, to Osaka and to Tokyo. Close to shopping streets and dinning areas.
GGuest UserExcellent service! The staff were so kind and friendly! The location is also very convenient as it’s right next to the station. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.
AAlly2023Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.
GGuest UserThe hotel is high-end and elegant, with the luxurious feel of a five-star hotel. I live on the sixth floor and open the window to see the outdoor scenery of Utsunomiya. The hotel’s buffet is also very characteristic. The disadvantage is that it is too far from the subway station, I walked for 20 minutes
AAnonymous UserWent with friends in Australia. The two beds in the hotel were just enough for us. The stay was good. It was close to the station. The people in the hotel were good. I will come again next time.
