Since the 14th floor is a spa, the floor below the front desk is the guest room floor. The unique smell of hairdressing that my uncle puts on his head... it didn't go away even when I turned on the air purifier and the air conditioner, and I ended up enduring that stinky smell throughout my stay. I made a reservation because it was a 4-star hotel near the station and the price was cheap, but it is the same level of facility as a 3-star hotel near the station. It seems that spa lovers will be pleased, but it is not a hot spring, but a fresh water bath, so I was not impressed and could not find value even if I took a bath from the top floor of the building and looked at the outside, which was not beautiful. The bathroom is clean. Everyone rushes into the spa like a race. There are many people even right after the spa starts in the morning. I didn't choose it because of the open-air bath on the 14th floor. Breakfast was good. Everyone was eating so much that I was amazed at how much they usually eat for breakfast, and I was overwhelmed and ended up eating more than usual. At the spa and breakfast, I was scared of all the people who were competing with each other. There is a time limit for breakfast, but most people don't follow it. Especially if you have children with you, it can't be helped, but the father will be busy making sure the children have enough food, and he will put silent pressure on you to move around as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to grab a large portion from a small platter. In the morning, a little girl imitates her mother's tone and lectures her father loudly, her father continues to ignore her, and the baby at another table starts crying. Mom yelling at the boy running around...It was chaotic, but since it was a summer vacation city hotel near the station, I thought it was seasonal, so I listened to the child's sermon to the dad with a smile. Nightwear, or rather spa wear, is provided in the room, and you are allowed to move around the hotel wearing it. It's made of synthetic fibers, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep in because it doesn't absorb sweat. If you are interested, we recommend that you bring your pajamas. The body shampoo etc. that are installed are said to be organic, but I think people have different tastes. My hair became frizzy probably because it was organic.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, affordable business hotel, conveniently location at just 2 minutes from station. Good breakfast. Clean ambience. Close to river, walkable distance. Many restaurants nearby including McD. Recommended. Has a bus interchange close by. Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

Outdoor hot springs across street @ the hotel. Convenience store style snacks available in the lobby. There are no restaurants in the hotel. Basic amenities so no hair conditioner, no bathtub. Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

We are staying at a regular inn when staying in Utsunomiya. The building is reasonably old, but it is well managed, so both the bathroom and the living room are kept clean and I think you can stay comfortably. There are often cleanliness and comments on the word of mouth site, and there may be cases where you stay with mold, but this hotel has a cleanliness that does not disappoint. Unfortunately, the breakfast is reopened at other hotels, but it was a pity that the quality was still low with a set meal. The seasoning is good, but the appearance and menu are not enough. I expect improvement.

The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. The room is small, including the bathroom. But it was enough for one person to sleep. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.
