Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

I like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

I came to check in as soon as I got off the plane in the morning and it was very fast like last time. I came earlier and the room was not available yet, but I waited in the lobby for about five minutes and the room was ready. I went in and saw that it was so clean. This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. The service is very good. Special thanks to the concierge guy. This hotel was recommended by a friend. As a horse lover, I mainly came to see the Sweat Horse. The performance was very shocking and there were a lot of smiles. It was an experience to be neighbors with horses. Although the soundproofing of the room was not good, But it’s great to be able to see the sweaty BMWs. The ecological park is too big.
