Hantang Hotel

The hotel lobby looks grand and is within the four-star standard. The breakfast is also good. I booked a business room at first. I arrived at the end of March. It was very hot during the day, but Urumqi's heating had not yet ended. The air conditioner only had heating power, which made the room too hot to stay in. After communicating with the hotel, I was told that all business rooms face the same direction and are very sunny. Finally, the hotel upgraded me to a superior room, which is larger and not too hot. I called the front desk 10 times from the landline in the room, but the front desk answered immediately when I called from my mobile phone through Ctrip. This behavior is really disgusting. Overall, the hardware is ok, but the service of the staff is unsatisfactory.

Came back again, the environment is neat and clean, the service staff are very polite (Zhang Yule and Chen Jing are very caring), both adults and children are very satisfied
