Hantang Hotel (Urumqi High speed Railway Station Branch) Reviews

We stayed 3 days in the family room. It was huge and looked like the pictures. There is a 24h convenience store downstairs. The train station is 15min walk away, and we could see the station from our room. Looking for the exit may take some time, as the back gate is not always open. There are eateries and shops at the train station.

The hotel looks impressive, the pictures are exactly like the room itself, service is good. The view from the window looks nice. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. Conveniently locate not far from railway station , within walking distance.

We were so delighted with our stay at Hantang Hotel. The staff were excellent, so polite, kind and helpful, especially as we speak no Chinese. Our room was delightful, we especially enjoyed the view of the city at night, all the facilities were first rate: gorgeous comfortable bed, lovely lighting, fabulous and spotless bathroom, the welcome fruit and snacks were a lovely surprise, and the delicious breakfast far surpassed our expectations. Thank you to everyone who made our stay - our first two nights ever in China - so very pleasant and comfortable. We will certainly return if we ever visit Urumqi again, and highly recommend Hantang Hotel to all visitors!

The hotel service is very average. I called the front desk for a long time but no one answered. Then the front desk told me that it was broken. The hygiene and room area did not match the room. This is the worst hotel I have encountered in recent years. No one, not recommended

I chose this hotel again. First, it gave my little ones a warm experience when I stayed in the family room during the May Day holiday. Second, it is close to the Urumqi High-speed Railway Station. On a sunny day, you can reach the station by foot just after getting off the train. It is also not far from the People's Park where children can experience ice and snow fun and the Hongshan Park where older children can experience the unique scenery. It is especially convenient to go to the Autonomous Region Museum that I have been thinking about for a long time. It provides a convenient experience for me who don't know where to take my children around the Spring Festival. The hotel presents a typical Chinese flavor in terms of design and layout, especially the warm "opening ceremony" at the entrance hall, which brings the atmosphere of the upcoming Spring Festival to its fullest. Children are always attracted by the programs on TV, while adults are warmed by the hotel's thoughtful welcome gift - through the electric curtains, you can overlook the night walkers busy under the snow lotus street lights under the night sky. It is also a good choice to lean on the sofa and watch the children immersed in the holiday programs: the temperature from the room to the toilet is moderate, the toiletries are lightly fresh, and the fire protection facilities are in place. When washing up in the morning, I found that the dressing mirror was so clean that it could be used as another TV👓. When reminiscing about the freshness of the national musical instruments in the museum, it is hard not to think of the convenience of the hotel again. Unfortunately, it is said that it is also close to the International Grand Bazaar and the Spring Festival Temple Fair. Due to time constraints, I didn't have time to experience it😭
