A slippery floor of the lobby and the hotel's antique furniture is nice. What, however, it is expecting big fault. Rooms (western twin room) For Sunny carpets and beds in the damp and there I met a cockroach on the sink in the evening. I did not boncheok and the next morning I slept just turns out under belongings. By booking includes breakfast and dinner, I expected a great French meal The evening was provided by 'Montestella' La movement of the village. Inde Italian restaurant staff are friendly, but I lack the skill. Taste and zest commonplace. Breakfast was provided on the second floor of the hotel was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. If you ate a good dinner, euryeonman Is not see where the guests write down operations.

The hotel name and check-in location were different, so I had a bit of a hard time on a rainy day. The accommodation and hot springs were really great. The room was clean, the bedding was clean, and there was an open-air hot spring. There were also table tennis and soccer games. I had a lot of fun. This is a recommended accommodation~~^^

GGuest UserThe water in Ureshino Onsen is really good. It is the best hot spring I have ever taken in Japan. My skin is smooth after taking a bath. The room is also very good. Compared with hot spring hotels in Hokkaido, Atami and Hakone, the room is a little old. But the rest is still the same Japanese service~
SShady CrispyHotel is very new and modern. Room is spacious. I was able to open up two big luggage and still with space to walk about. With such spacious room, it is a pity there is no bathtub in the room.
Oh the bed and pillows were very comfortable... probably it was still very new. Haha
Provide some coffee and tea in the lobby but sadly no beauty amenities for the guests to self pick as opposed to other hotels all over Japan.
Travellers do take note that as this is a very small town, alot of restaurants and eateries might not be open during the weekdays or when it is off peak domestic travel season.
Plus... the Google map GPS location brought me to the wrong area of the hotel... it brought us to the mountains! so do beware for those who drive.... pls go to hotel official website and get the pin coordinates for Google map navigation.
GGuest UserA hot spring hotel friendly to solo travelers. The lady at the front desk wrote handwritten travel guide recommendations. You can make a reservation for the hot spring house once a day. It's really a beauty soup. My skin feels slippery after running. The town is not big, but it is very relaxing if you don’t do anything. Will go again if I have the chance. There is a lot of vinyl in the lounge on the first floor, and the owner seems to have good music taste. It’s nice to listen to music and drink some good wine at night.
AAnonymous UserOne of the few tall buildings in the town, equipped with rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen. Walkable distance to places around town.
The hotel is renovating, but no disturbances from that, and I’m certain that after it finished, it will be great. Good facilities and hospitality. If I’m go back to the town, I would stay here again.
XXiaoxuwanThe hotel environment is good, details can be seen in the picture, the overall level of one night and two meals is almost worth the money, only the following two points need to be improved:
1. Understand that it is difficult to recruit local young people and their English level is not enough. There is a Central Asian girl at the front desk of the hotel. Her English level is actually average, but her service ability really needs to be improved. She took the wrong hotel floor plan and introduced it. At the end, she found out that she had to start all over again (can I only start over when I was interrupted by reciting?) When she couldn't express herself in poor English, she didn't think of using a translator at all. I translated it into Japanese and asked her colleagues~
2. Before going, I had been looking forward to the free loan bath for a long time, but in the end, except for the large baths for men and women, everything was under renovation:-(😭
In addition, dinner was served one by one, and I don’t know if it was not well connected or it was time-consuming to make it on the spot? For several dishes, I pressed the bell to remind them but still waited a long time before they were served.
GGuest UserThe tatami room includes a private bath. There are two large baths for ladies, one indoor and one open-air. It is really comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style. It is about a three or four minute walk from the bus station. The town is very quiet. You can buy souvenirs and other products in the hotel. If you don't want to go out and don't have a meal, you can buy lunch boxes/sandwiches in the hotel. The price is reasonable and delicious. They are made by the hotel restaurant. Go out to eat the famous hot spring tofu and hot spring ice cream, which are delicious!
GGuest UserAfter booking the hotel, I was hesitant and worried that it would be bad. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel! Everything is better than expected ^_^Small but beautiful! The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. There was a young man from China at the front desk who gave a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, dinner reservation times and some sightseeing suggestions in Chinese. On Chinese New Year's Eve, I met a Japanese lady at the hotel front desk (who spoke very fluent English) who gave guests free drinks to celebrate the New Year, which made people feel cordial and warm. There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable.
The appearance picture of the hotel on Ctrip’s official website is different from the actual one! This is actually the first photo I took of this! Much better than what is shown on the official website! Best hotel for traveling with parents!
CCHINATSU3849I had no travel plan in Ureshino, but I had no choice but to book a stay in Ureshino because all the hotels around Takeo Onsen were full.
It was already night when I arrived, but Yoko baked bread, got fruit and honey, finished dinner, and the bed was soft and I slept soundly.
I also got a book and CD written by Yoko's husband as a gift.
He also introduced me to the walking path of Ureshino and spent a good half day in Ureshino. The highway bus to Hakata also sent me the information that Yoko taught me and the bus center.

GGuest UserThis ryokan is well located and is run by very nice people who represent the true Japanese hospitality - attentive and warm while staying effective and professional. However, the ryokan infra really needs refurbishing. It felt like we were stuck in the 80s... I mean, it must have been a grand place back then but one would think that no renovation or changes has been done to it since. Old carpets and wallpapers, lighting etc. Someone should invest in this place and do it up! There is however another modern-looking hotel across the river that bears the same hotel logo. Maybe they spent all their capital there? The room there apparently are western style though, which is a shame because the japanese style rooms in this one are kinda nice- original for foreign travellers like us.
The service, I must say, is world class. They were so nice to cancel the other booking I made (I double booked accidentally) upon confirming with me as soon as we arrived (we managed to communicate despite the language barrier as they hardy speak any English). Would not mind staying there again next time, if they refurbished the place.
KKANGThe location is a bit closer to the entrance of Ureshino Onsen Village, but it is a small town, so you can find it on Google Map.
There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes.
Quiet room with river view and trees...
If you want al heal, it is strongly recommended:)
The boss has good English and he has no problems in communication. Very kind and considerate :)
The room I was tied to was a spacious room with a bed and a bedroom with a bed, separated from the tatami space.
The best is the private open-air bath and mist sauna in the room!
I can enjoy the hot springs anytime, and the water quality is very good! The facilities are very adequate and the towels are enough.
6 years old, my son and her mother are 200% satisfied! ! !
Next time I go to Ureshino, I will be back! :)
