Excellent service and location . One of top three beauty enhancing onsen in Japan . Silky smooth hot spring is the best .

An old hot spring hotel, I chose a Japanese-style tatami room. When I opened the sliding door, I could walk out to the courtyard. It was full of green in spring, which was very pleasing to the eyes. The outdoor hot spring was under renovation, so I went to the sister hotel to enjoy it and got a 2,000 hotel coupon per person. The hotel is also in a good location, in the center of the town. You can call the hotel to pick you up after getting off the Ureshino Onsen station, which is convenient.

Ureshino Onsen is a very nice place, quiet but unique, and there are also small shops around. The old hotel lives up to its reputation, with three hot spring pools to choose from. One of the Four Seasons soups is being renovated and cannot be used. The front desk also gave a 4,000 yen voucher to buy souvenirs in the store. The room is large, the breakfast and dinner are very colorful, and you can eat all you can.

I’m so satisfied, it’s so beautiful, there are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and you can book a taxi directly to the Taishoya from Saga Airport for 3,000 yen per person. The hotel's dinner and breakfast are exquisite Japanese set meals, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The hotel also gives away a shopping voucher worth 2,000 yen per person, which can be exchanged for a lot of things. The town is very quiet, with foot baths and hot spring parks worth visiting.

Apart from being expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. The whole family of 7 was very satisfied with their stay. Especially the scenery is so beautiful. You can experience the feeling of a Japanese country squire, with deep flowing water in the courtyard.

The distance from the JR station is not a few hundred meters as shown by Ctrip, but about 3km. The staff at the station helped to contact the hotel for free pick-up and drop-off. The room was warm and quiet. Because a swimming pool was under maintenance, each person was given a 2,000 shopping voucher. The hot springs on the mountain seem to be open to the public, not for residents only. The hotel staff are very welcoming and the public areas are well-designed. It is worth staying.

The hotel receptionist on that day was an elderly lady, but she had a good service attitude and tried her best to communicate with us in Japanese. We made reservations for dinner and the shuttle bus time to the mountain hot spring at the front desk. Be sure to be punctual. The waiter during the dinner was also an elderly lady. She explained each dish to us. I really felt that she loved children and had a kind smile on her face. I also received a birthday gift during the meal. Thank you! But for me, dinner and breakfast are just good for taking pictures. I really can't get used to it. There is a 24-hour restaurant near Taishoya. It is cheap and good quality. The latte in the self-service beverage is an unexpected surprise😋

Highly recommend this Ureshino Onsen hotel. Pick-up and drop-off at the station. Full introduction to the hot spring itinerary. The hot spring bathing experience in the annex is great. The catering is first-class 👍👍

The store opposite said that it is the best hotel in Ureshino Onsen and has been open for 94 years! I like it very much. There are two hot springs. The view is great. You can also go to the hot springs on the mountain. They are all owned by the same family. There are many things to buy in the souvenir shop, from food and drink to cosmetics and accessories, you can’t stop! I saw some people saying that the food here is not delicious, but the breakfast set menu is great. I haven’t tried dinner, but it should be good too. Will come again!
