Ulaanbaatar SBD - 8 khoroo Hotels

The hotel is very close to the central square of Mongolia, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There are family rooms for three, perfect for families. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the curtains didn't let in much light. One of the large windows only had a half-curtain, so we had to pull it up to block out some light, which affected our sleep. Also, a deposit was required upon check-in, but there was no receipt. When returning the key, the staff seemed to have forgotten to return the deposit, but fortunately I remembered before leaving. The room rate includes a buffet breakfast, which isn't very extensive, but tasted decent.

A five-star hotel near Sukhbaatar Square. Check-in is available in English. The room was excellent. It's a traditional hotel, but the bathrooms were renovated and clean. We left early the next morning, but they packed breakfast for us. The hospitality was also excellent.

Good and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

The 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable for two families, there are two separate bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

The location is great, a few hundred steps away from Genghis Khan Square. Breakfast is on the 17th floor with a very wide view. The disadvantage is that it is too simple and has too few varieties. The service quality does need to be improved. Maybe I have stayed in too many hotels and am too picky. There are too many areas that need improvement. Compared with other hotels in Ulaanbaatar, the price-performance ratio is good and the rooms are neat and tidy.

The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and very professional. Recommended!

This Ibis is much better than the ones I stayed in China and Korea. The room is big and clean. The waiter speaks good English and there is no communication barrier. The only problem is that the breakfast is room service. The variety is not rich enough, but the taste is good. There is a pedestrian street next to it, where you can eat and drink.

We had a very late (early in the morning) check in. smooth process. They brought breakfast boxes to the room around 9a. The breakfast was intentionally cold but good. Meat, eggs, salad, bread. There is also a couple of cafes near by to get other food and drinks. Breakfast was included in the price! Rooms were very reasonably priced.

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.
