This hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.
The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and very professional. Recommended!
The room is very clean, relatively new, the area is not small, but the breakfast is not very rich, business trips can also

This Ibis is much better than the ones I stayed in China and Korea. The room is big and clean. The waiter speaks good English and there is no communication barrier. The only problem is that the breakfast is room service. The variety is not rich enough, but the taste is good. There is a pedestrian street next to it, where you can eat and drink.

We had a very late (early in the morning) check in. smooth process. They brought breakfast boxes to the room around 9a. The breakfast was intentionally cold but good. Meat, eggs, salad, bread. There is also a couple of cafes near by to get other food and drinks. Breakfast was included in the price! Rooms were very reasonably priced.
It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.
This slightly outdated apartment has a large living room and two bedrooms, making it affordable for six people.
The microwave and refrigerator are old, but usable.
E-Mart 3 is a five-minute walk away, and there's a GS25 convenience store and a Korean restaurant called Cheonsaranu within the apartment complex, making it convenient.

This is my first time in Ulaanbaatar. I am not very clear about the hotel standards here. If it is judged by domestic standards, it is definitely not up to standard. It is called a four-star hotel, but it is not even a domestic economic chain hotel.
1. There is no peephole in the door. My colleague encountered a stranger knocking on the door in the middle of the night. The next day, I asked the front desk, but they did not let me see the surveillance camera, saying it was broken. Then they said it was his staff. Whose staff knocked on the door in the middle of the night?
2. The towels are torn and there is a strong odor.
3. There are few varieties of breakfast. As for the bad taste, I will not mention it, after all, the lifestyle is different.
4. There is a railway across the road.
5. The market price is about 60 yuan cheaper than Ctrip. If there is no domestic reimbursement requirement, just contact the hotel to book a room, and there are rooms at any time.

Location: Located near the center of Ulaanbaatar. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Central Department Store and about a 25-minute walk to Sukhbaatar Square, making it within walking distance while exploring the city. There's a small supermarket on the first floor, making it convenient for buying heavy items like drinks. The room is on the third floor, but there's an elevator.
Staff: The staff are all very friendly. They're all women, so they're reliable. They'll even arrange separate rooms for men and women upon reservation, so even solo female guests can stay comfortably. I highly recommend this apartment. One staff member is also always on the same floor, even overnight, so there's no need to worry. The staff speaks English, so socializing is also a breeze.
Facilities: There are four shared toilets and showers, so you can use them without any problems. The kitchen is also available, making it convenient for those staying long-term who want to cook their own meals. Thick hotel-quality face towels are provided. Hair dryers are also available. Soap is provided, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and other essentials.
This hotel is popular with Korean guests and seems to have few Japanese guests, but it offers a good balance of location, service, and facilities, making it a great choice for Japanese people looking to keep accommodation costs down.

Like the former Soviet country, the building and interior feel like Russia. In Mongolia, you should not expect accommodations in conditions like Korea or Japan. I'm glad that the warm water comes out and there is no smell.
