It is worth noting that this October stay, the whole hall is warm, so it is hot, you have to ask the staff to borrow a fan 😅

At 20,000 yen per night, it seems a bit pricey, but it's just a business hotel, and if you're going to stay here, you'd be better off staying in Nagano or Karuizawa. There are men's and women's saunas and a large public bath, but the women's bath doesn't have an open-air bath or a cold bath (the men's bath seems to have an open-air bath and a cold bath), so I think female sauna users shouldn't expect too much.
