Ueda Plaza Hotel

It is conveniently located near Ueda Station. There are also some delicious restaurants nearby. At a seafood restaurant, I was able to eat 3 red shrimp sashimi for around 600 yen.

The facilities are old, but they are adequate. The breakfast is homely, and there is a manga corner next to the front desk, making it a hotel that retains a good old-fashioned atmosphere.

It was an old hotel, so I was concerned about the cleanliness of the exterior, but the service was very courteous. The parking lot was small and difficult to park, but there was an affiliated parking lot nearby which was helpful.

I felt that the price was reasonable and the room size was just the right size for one person. I heard from a friend that breakfast is recommended, so I added breakfast at check-in. The side dishes were homey and delicious. It was located right next to Ueda Station, making it convenient to go by train. I would like to use it again when I go to Ueda.

I checked into a single deluxe room in Building 2. The room was small, 3 tatami mats, and the ceiling was dimly lit due to LED light bulbs.The room and bathroom were also dirty.I stayed there for about an hour, but I couldn't stand it anymore and checked out. I didn't want to stay here all night. It was the worst hotel ever. Even when checking out an hour after entering, there were many people at the front desk wondering what was going on and checking out, so they seemed to be used to it. We recommend that you see the room before checking in and then make your decision.
