The Umaid Villa hotel provides exceptionally poor service, and it is advisable to avoid it if you wish to have a pleasant stay. The images presented are entirely misleading and do not accurately represent the actual conditions. I reserved a deluxe room, yet upon arrival, I was only offered a single room with an additional folding bed. Furthermore, the hotel lacks essential amenities, such as an elevator, necessitating that guests carry their luggage to their rooms. On the day of my booking, there were no rooms available as per my reservation, and the staff suggested I cancel my booking, promising a refund that they later retracted with false claims. These fraudulent individuals have not returned my booking amount. The staff's conduct raises serious concerns about their integrity. Therefore, if you choose to book here, you will undoubtedly learn a valuable lesson from this unfortunate experience.

Excellent food quality, friendly staff, clean rooms, hotel umaid villa has everything that you need for you and your family. Must visit place for you to add to your bucket list. Though you cannot find indoor activities here, but the outdoor activities are just wow.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Especially thanks to Inder and Govind
