I had my wedding at Raffles Udaipur which was the most prettiest and amazing place I’ve ever seen, the room was so nice and the view was amazing. A big big shoutout and thanks to my butler puii for going beyond and above, keeping me calm and helping me in every possible way. Puii was so warm and wonderful, her service was extraordinary which made my wedding very memorable and special. I will be thankful for her for the rest of my life. The food was delicious, room was hygienic and fresh, the staff, especially chef virendra and bhumika were polite and took regular feedback about the food and overall experience. We had ana amazing experience at the resort and we will always cherish it.

Stayed for 3 days, lake view room
Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view
Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

Great price/quality. + The rooftop bar and restaurant are so beautiful. + The breakfast selection is quite extensive and they make lattes on request. Among the better ones we've had in India. + The location is great, right where you want to be with some pretty good food options close by. +/- The rooms are pretty cool but a bit rundown. +/- The food, trips, and pick up service are more expensive than alternatives in the area.

The most comfortable area in Udaipur is undoubtedly around Lake Pichola. I chose the most beautiful hotel with lake view from the website. It arrived at 5pm. The waiter led me across the courtyard to the room. This white hotel and beautiful decoration everywhere made me overjoyed. But the bigger surprise is still behind. The roof of the hotel is a huge platform with a swimming pool, a tea table and a dining table. Looking out is a beautiful lake view, and my room is arranged on the top floor, which means that I It is very convenient to enjoy the most beautiful scenery of Udaipur.
This Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel is also transformed from Haveli. It is white and white, which highlights the characteristics of White City. Many palaces and houses in the lake are also painted white, although they are not so unified. . Against the backdrop of Yingying Bibo, the freshness and romance of Baicheng suddenly emanated.
The colors of the evening, the scenery of the lakeside, and the freshness of the hotel swept away the impression of ”dirty mess” in India for the past few days. I didn't step out of the hotel's door until check out the next day, just sitting On the cushions by the window, eating dinner and breakfast in a daze against the beautiful lake view, then wandering around in a hotel that is not too big to see the carved wooden furniture and the beautiful decorations in the niches. This trip suddenly switched to vacation mode, and the charm of Baicheng is actually in this slowly passing away time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the center of the city, all the attractions are nearby but the hotel itself is a little ghosty. When i stayed for 3 days i saw no guests other than us in the hotel even though i had to cancel but no free cancellation available. The bathroom lock was broken, ac was not functioning. The manager tries to convince you to opt for a bike even though we are not looking for it. Only one thing i found positive while on checkout day we had some time for our train, they took care of our luggage.

Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

The common areas were thoughtfully designed, fostering a sense of community while offering spaces to relax or work. What stood out is the hostel crew. Whether it was tips for local spots or arranging activities, the staff was always ready with great suggestions. The hostel provided easy access to explore the city’s charm while also serving as a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Sunrises and sunsets from terrace are beautiful! Its a perfect mix of comfort, community, and incredible hospitality. Highly recommend it for solo travelers or anyone looking for an enriching travel experience!

Our room was simple but perfect with the lake few, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.
The only negative point was the bathroom which had an unpleasant smell.
The rooftop terrace has a restaurant and also a nice few over the lake.
staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked the entire venue for the marriage of my daughter with British Groom, Deal struck with Mr Rathore, General Manager HRH group assissted by Mr Ankit Soni Whatever was agreed upon was fully delivered rather exceeded our expectations Our British guests were very elated at the beautiful setting of the resort, lake, mountain, forest, peacocks deers ducks, lush green lawns, imperial studd farm, adjacent private airstrip, cricket ground, fort like look also Rooms, food, hygiene, cleanliness, service care everything was of the highest standard, F& B manager Mr Marthande Singh and entire dining staff was full of confidence and care that made the exotic delicious food even more attractive I am very fortunate to go for this venue for wedding, as both place and persons there are excellent

You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later
Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :)
The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.
