Great price/quality. + The rooftop bar and restaurant are so beautiful. + The breakfast selection is quite extensive and they make lattes on request. Among the better ones we've had in India. + The location is great, right where you want to be with some pretty good food options close by. +/- The rooms are pretty cool but a bit rundown. +/- The food, trips, and pick up service are more expensive than alternatives in the area.

Aurika (Udaipur) is an amazing property with great ambiance, food and amazing staff!! Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home, and “service with a smile” was taken to a whole new level! Our driver Gajendra was especially note worthy… he was a great driver, he knew the city and surrounding towns exceptionally well and was extremely courteous!! A very memorable holiday.

This is a beautiful hotel! The lake location is superb, the boat trip across the lake makes arrival ‘different’. Facilities could not be better and the staff are amazing. I travelled alone and was well looked after by my room butler, by the restaurant waiters - one of whom said I wasn’t eating enough breakfast!!- and by the boatmen. I must also mention the young lady responsible for orchestrating the Divali celebrations. She made sure that I was included and could join in without feeling awkward. I hope I can return one day.

my family spent a week at the Raffles Udaipur during Diwali this year, and the experience exceeded our expectations! First let get the one slightly underwhelming aspect out of the way: The architecture was not as inspiring as I had hoped. The building materials, colours and art used are a bit bland. The surrounding lake is not used to its potential and is not visible from most common areas. Now for everything that was Excellent! 1) The Food: Executive Chef Avijit Deb Sharma is a true master! Everything we tried was exceptional! We were informed that all food is always made fresh and that shows. Two dishes that I had for the first time and are must tries are the watermelon sabzi and the hari ghass ki roti which incorporates wheat grass. 2) Child Friendliness: There is a lot of place for kids to run around and a very well sized kids playing area. The kids playing area also has board games and books for adults so they don’t get bored while baby sitting. The staff is also very cooperative and loving to your children. 3) The staff: Apart from a couple of junior staff everyone was 10/10! I don’t know how they do such great hiring! I must mention Vishal and Abhijit at the bar and Rinku during breakfast who always welcomed us with the warmest hospitality. But over and above all was Nikita Vaish who took care of us. Her service and warmth is enough to single handedly add 1-2 stars to any property! I have never seen someone so hard working, warm who went over and above what was asked of her every single time. My 3 year old still asks for her days after we have left the property! What a star!

Hotel is situated just in heart of city & very close to main bus stop of udaipur which is plus advantage , Hotel is neat and clean except then lilyen and bed sheets which were changed after my request , again that was ok as quality of washing was poor and have some small spots upon bed sheets and bath towels, but staff was helpful, must praise to their chef who prepared chana masala & paneer bhurji, food was really delicious, every thing was perfect from checkin to checkout, especially thanks to Mr Dikshant (F O), who was really helpful and professional, asks ***y times to us that if needs any assistance or how is going our stay, perhaps thanks to whole team of Hotel

EEllie JayneThe rooms were very clean and well kept. It has a nice modern interior and atmosphere is really nice.
Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

Our room was simple but perfect with the lake few, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.
The only negative point was the bathroom which had an unpleasant smell.
The rooftop terrace has a restaurant and also a nice few over the lake.
staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Maan Vilas for a few nights and had such a great time. The location is ideal, really close to the Monsoon Palace and just a quick drive to the city center. The suite was beautiful, with a nice blue theme and tons of space. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. Even though the balcony was small, it added a cute touch to the room. The property had a wonderful Udaipur vibe, and the breakfast was really tasty too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

YYLdelhiThis hotel has precious natural environment which provides us peace and tranquility. Sometimes you can come across wild animals like deers too. Good food, well trained staffs are welcoming you, one thing very special here is the staffs are bound with very high morals, which is only achieved by a steady leadership. I highly recommend this place for peaceful getaway.

What a fantastic place. Has lovely views from the room, from the terrace and from everywhere else at the property. The room is also very cosy and comfortable and the cute balcony is awesome. I had made bookings for 2 nights but due to some exigency I had to restrict it to 1 night. The food etc was also good here. I would highly recommend it. The only downside could be that the place is not accessible by car and you have to get down at a nearby temple and take an auto from there. The hotel also has complimentary auto service to the nearest car park though we did not find it available at many times. On the day of check out I requested for a late check out which was denied. I feel that the hotel could have made little more effort to accommodate late check out for a couple of hours. But all in all it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserIt was one of the most memorable trips of mine. A solo workation trip transitioned into an amazing time with a lot of new people. Starry nights at the cafe, sunset views from the room itself and the amazing folks from different walks of life. Zostel is not just a place to stay, it's an experience everyone should try atleast once.

You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later
Trip com will have no power over the modification they will be of no help trust me I tried :)
The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.
