Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

It was very nice I really love the magic show Activity department staff Kritika and Mr Ajay is very good person sterling aravali udaipur property is one of the best property i've ever visited! The staff here is really supportive and helpfull kids zone activities are really fun kritika made us play lots of game and evening activities rajasthani magic show is too much fun and wonderful

Excellent stay. Perfect relaxing. Activities for kids. Kritika Mr. Ajay and Sufiyan. Mariam Sanmaya mr. rahul Palanu in service department. Property is new and haveli palatial feel is very appropriate for the Royal Udaipur vibe. The rooms are clean n neat.

We are staying for 2 days it’s wonderful and food is awesome. Services are good specially for kids there are lot of activities and lot of fun. Thanks to kritika for assisting us. My kid had lot of fun with these activities. Cycling is also there for adults.

Magic show and puppet show was truly amazing. View here is really wonderful very photogenic place and good for stay. Pool side view is also great and I really loved the view from the balcony overall everything is amazing and loveable specially the magic show.

We came all the way from Maharashtra. Udaipur being the city of lakes and having royal inheritance was on the bullet list since long. And here the wish got fulfilled. When we entered the property of Sterling Aravali we were greeted with unique music and the most lovable words KHAMMA GHANI. The ambience is so royal.All the interiors with silver finish. All the specious rooms give u great comfort n view of pool. And when your stomach comes in action mode. You great extremely impressed by the wide spread. The food is so very delicious with lots of variety. The staff takes personal care and treat u with so much warmth. Raj was fast n quick. Had a great smile on his face. Stands true to the saying Ek Bihari sou pe bhai. Lots of blessings to him. Other girls Mariyam n Sanmaya were also maintaining the hygiene. Thks to the chef for such a lovely food.
