Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Very very wonderful experience at Sterling Udaipur Aravalli.... Staff Rihana, Palmu, Mariyam and Mahender Bhatia at restaurant were the best... Extremely patient, courteous, polite and smiling all the time. Made us feel special and comfortable. Kelsang, Vishesh and Sanchit took special care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We had a thoroughly pleasant trip, experience overall 😊😊✨✨

The resort is very beautiful. The stay was very pleasant and staff specially Kritika , Ajay Sharma were very helpful. The activity arranged were very fantastic. Completely enjoyed the stay as memorable . Activities is the best time of the family fun game . Wonderful stay , amazing food also the magic show was mindblowing . Thanks to sterling aravali team .

Excellent ambience with warm hospitality.. Had a wonderful stay at the venue.. Enjoyed the Rajasthani delicacies, especially Dal Baati n Rajasthani Kadhi.. Mahendra ji was at his foot step while serving.. Rooms were spacious n clean. Highly recommended 👌

Lovely location & specially the view from terrace.Very Good Food . Superb property . Nice staff and cooperative. Very Good menu for Buffet Dinner & Lunch . Idea for family function. Mahindra Bhatia , Chandan , Rahul, Prasant , Nar Chef , Dharmendra Chef.

Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the resort. Particularly as we were travelling with our one year old son, the resort staff was very cooperative in preparing meals including Khichdi for the baby. Special thanks to Kritika Mam, Pankaj Sir, Ajay Sir and entire Sterling Aravali Udaipur Resort team. Looking forward to visit again.
