We stayed at parallel hotel udaipur for 03 nights . And we have enjoyed their a lot ! We got smooth check in !! Also there was 2 girls Tanisha and Sanjna they both were very helpful and cooperative and very polite!!! They both help us for the sight seen and guide us about the udaipur!!! And also food was also very amazing and testey!! The firki restaurant was very nice !! We will definitely suggest you for the firki !!

Excellent experience. Very nice staff. Special mention to amaan and Sanjana. They were very supportive throughout. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious amenities, made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Very good staff and helpful food was great , clean and good rooms with great location everyone should visit this hotel and should atleast stay for a long time.the location and the food is very good plus the buffet is mind blowing Thank u radisson for this experience

Ambiance and heygince... But room is not standard size also no balcony...rest over all good experience ... Also staff was very helpful and friendly...fod is also good checkin and checkout formalities going smoothly ...................

The room was very neat and tidy and it was cleared and cleaned timely by the staff. The food and hospitality was very good. The chef took special interest in providing food options that would best suit us. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

It was very good...the services were excellent. On arrival we were welcomed with drinks which were wonderful. Mr Amit was extremely good and welcoming towards us!!. The rooms were clean and well maintained with all the necessities provided. I enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend others to try this experience as well!

THE MANAGER BOBBY GOGNA IS HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I HAD DEVELOPED A RESPIRATORY ILLNESS AND WAS UNABLE TO GET TO UDAIPUR AND INFORMED THE HOTEL THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE IT AND CANCELLED AFTER 2 WEEKS AFTER THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED HE STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT IF YOU HAVE CONTINGOUS ILLNESS YOU CAN CANCEL FOR REFUND. I WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO RADISSION HEAD OFFICE
