New, very spacious, comfortable and fully functional rooms! The location is good because the town is very small anyways... so, of you have a car is 5min to everywhere :) we received a little 250ml bottle of fresh milk for our coffee, wonderful!!

Overall it's no problem. Car can park just beside the room. Good choice if you can't book a hotel at Mt.Cook. It's a small town with supermarkets. Famous in salmon. However, if you like to eat salmon sashimi, you need go earlier otherwise it will be sold out.

I highly recommend this place. There is a lawn behind the room where you can sunbathe. It is very clean and you can cook. It is very convenient. The only downside is that there are small flying insects. The interesting thing about the local area is that the hotels do not have screens, so many hotels cannot open windows for ventilation. I am also drunk.

The room is big and the bathroom is standard. It just smells like paint. I don't know if it's newly renovated. The old man at the reception is very nice and will give you a bottle of milk to make coffee. You need to go to the next door to pay for the laundry. You can do it.

The motel owner is very nice and always answers all your questions...
The motel facilities are clean, simple and complete, and you can prepare simple meals.
The location of the motel is good although not in the center of town.
