Muy sucio todo el hotel, el jugo del desayuno lo rellenan con agua de la llave, cierran la alberca SIN avisar el día 01 Mayo con delegación de 25 huéspedes, 1 de las habitaciones no le hicieron limpieza en 3 días, solo te dan 1 tarjeta en habitaciones cuádruples, las demás tarjetas te las cobran, los teléfonos de las habitaciones están de adorno, no están conectados. Máquina de hielo sin hielo, una niña de 14 años se quedó dormida en sillón de la recepción y la fueron a levantar para decirle que no podía estar ahí, la peor experiencia, si pueden no vengan, hagan otra elección. Venimos al nacional ademeba 2023 u16, delegación Durango.
