Glad the scorpions and serpents avoided me...just joking.maybe...The housekeeper was yelling around at 8 am. Fortunately I was already awake. The building is really old with another huge building next to this one. Bed factory I am normally fleeing from...The view was terrible at a wall although being diamond elite ihg. So this was their upgrade? I got my reasons I don't frequent holiday inns much. And I was right again. The safety box was dying the moment I tried to closed it,so they actually changed the whole thing instead of changing the batteries (we don't have batteries) ... the guy to,d me literally he wasn't feeling like being sent over to the mall buying new ones so he returned with a new safety box later. What a hotel! The rest wasn't much better...it's like traveling back to 1975, apparently nothing ever changed there since then. The restaurant looked awful with its lights that would be more appropriate for lighting up an airport hangar or an international border crossing than a place where you eat but ok... their strange waiters that got so much more to do on their cellphones than caring for guests. No tip for you! There are hotels that shoul ho torn and flattened just to make space for an exciting new parking lot. Would I return to this one? Definitely never !
