Nice and comfy! The stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always very kind! It is located 15 drive from Tuxtla downtown area making it very convenient spot for tourists while keeping a far enough distance from it to be able to relax and rest.

The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been. Love this place to rest every time, whether for business trip or pleasure. The staff treatment is also the best of all, they are very kind and always paying attention to the needs we have.

Petite Hotel with nice garden and great breakfast buffet. Price ok, Suites recommended for a minimum extra cost. Nice pool and outdoor furniture. Good location in the main street. Towels need a replacement, and bath amenities could be better.

The facilities were all clean, well kept and they had special look to them. The buildings weren't the typical square, black and gray paint. There was a big green area in the middle, if you enjoy listening to birds or bird watching there are opportunities to enjoy them. The staff what super helpful and kind, My wife and I were in the pool all day and they didn't have a problem if we ordered from apps and have them deliver it directly to the pool. The breakfast was a good experience for those who don't know too much about Mexican Cuisine, at the time of writing this it was $190mxn for guests (around $11usd). They don't have a bar, but there's a convenience store next door and they let you bring in food and /or drinks. The pool was warm enough that our bodies didn't have an "adjusting period." They had enough parking and didn't have problem with that. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean with enough water pressure.

The hotel was peaceful. The room was comfortable. The shower had great pressure. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoyed a quiet day reading by the pool at the beginning of my stay and again the night before I checked out. My room was cleaned and I was provided with fresh towels everyday. The one thing that was a bit bothersome was the loud A/C in the room. The good thing is I always travel with ear plugs so that helped tremendously so Ineould advise you bring some with you if you are a light sleeper like I am. They don't have a concierge desk to offer tours but they will provide you with information on a local agency that will help with that. I called, and was accommodated quite easily.

Stays in one of the little suites. Was very comfortable with a love seat, dinette and desk. The water pressure was great and the mattress comfortable. The staff were very helpful, but very few spoke English. The courtyard is immaculate and pretty. Would stay here again!

What a fantastic hotel hidden just off the main road. The room I had was spacious, with a very comfortable king mattress. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The garden and pool is the best I have been to in Tuxtla-Gutierrez. The value for money is incredible. I will stay here again.

Llegué de noche y estaba muy tranquilo y ordenado, el proceso de registro fue muy ameno y las habitaciones son bastante bonitas y limpias, además cuenta con un restaurante tipo buffet con muy buena comida y a un gran precio. Excelente hotel.

Las habitaciones son muy agradables, almohadas excelentes, recomiendo una suite porque te sientes como en casa, totalmente recomendable el hotel, sin lugar a dudas regreso a Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas y desde luego al hotel Palmareca!!!!!!
