Worth recommending! ! ! ! We drove from Duku Highway, passed Kuche and arrived in Turpan. We booked this hotel. The service was super good, the facilities were complete, the parking lot at the door was super large, there was also a restaurant, and there were many places to eat around the hotel. Special thanks to Adila, Da Gulibanu, Xiao Gulibanu, **Cheng, and Tangnur at the front desk for their enthusiastic help and smiling service throughout the whole process. We came to the Volcano Red Winery. We were very touched by the enthusiastic front desk lady, the enthusiastic shuttle bus guy and the cleaning lady. You can eat grapes that are sweeter than first love. The super large estate is open to all children and adults for fun and leisure. The wine barrel room is also a pleasant experience. The children like it, so we changed the itinerary and renewed it for another night. We were reluctant to leave. I felt the enthusiasm and sincerity of the ancient city of Turpan for three days and two nights. Highly recommended

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

The room is okay! There was a problem with the air conditioning in the rooms on the first floor at the beginning. I communicated several times and called the maintenance man, but they still couldn't fix it. Finally, the lady in Taiwan changed me to a room on the third floor. The service is generally good. The next day, the elevator was broken. Running back and forth to the third floor in Flame Mountain was very exciting and more effective than the gym. The swimming pool🏊 is shared. Several hotels share one. There are many people and the water is not very clean.

Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The most beautiful hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang. The price was right for off-season travel, and I was in a good mood. The hotel's exterior looked like Las Vegas abroad, haha. It was so beautiful in the evening. Parking was convenient. The room was quite large with a large sofa. There was a restaurant next to it. It served very special and delicious Xinjiang cuisine. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they were all beautiful Xinjiang ladies. They gave me souvenirs. I must give it a thumbs up.
