I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant was quite big, the environment was super good, especially comfortable, the service attitude of the restaurant waiter was good, especially polite, very respectful of us, especially the restaurant manager Aju Guli was particularly warmly received, we ate in the box, Aqi Guli also brought the waiter in to sing to us. We were very happy. On the second morning, the manager personally sent us a nutritious breakfast. It was really touching. The breakfast was very intimate. Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, decimal ethnic pastries, fruits, especially rich. We are grateful to the young and beautiful A A Guli. To be honest, we really enjoyed the 5-star service in Haichang. We can give a 5-star praise. In the future, I will have to live in Haichang. I hope that Haichang's business will get better and better, so that the boss can make money.
It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!
The B&B is located in the Grape Valley Scenic Area. My mother likes eating grapes very much. I chose to stay in this B&B to satisfy my mother’s wish to be able to pick grapes with her hands. The owner is a Chongqing native who is very refreshing and enthusiastic. He recommended Turpan tourist attractions to us. The temperature in the Grape Valley is very cool. Because the snow in Tianshan Mountain melts and surrounds Grape Valley like a natural air conditioner, the boss took us to tour Grape Valley to pick and eat grapes for free. It was so fun. There were also many grapes hanging in the yard of the B&B. This experience was really great. Got it! I will choose to stay here next time I come to Turpan!

The B&B is located in Putao Town. It has a large yard and is a typical Uighur building. It is very beautiful. Flowers are blooming in the yard. Next to the house is a vineyard. Grapes are also grown in the yard. You can pick them if you want. The boss and staff are all Uighurs. , the proprietress has a daughter who is in primary school. She is a very beautiful and lovely Uighur girl. She is fluent in Mandarin and loves to sing. The room is super spacious, luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The B&B has its own rooftop restaurant. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I lost my room card and didn’t say anything. I just smiled. Very pleasant stay experience. It would be better if the service could be improved. For example, the front desk is in the courtyard, there is no sign, and there is no one to greet guests when they arrive, but maybe this is what a B&B is. If you don't care about this, it will be perfect and great.
The little brother is very good, very handsome, very enthusiastic, when I went out, he called the car for me and sent me back by the way 🤩🤩🤩 Auntie is also very powerful, enthusiastically asked me if I slept conveniently and comfortable, and when I left, I had to call a car for me. The others changed to my view of the Uighur nation. I mean when I first arrived, I saw a lot of beautiful women wearing red clothes. When I asked, I knew that someone was holding a wedding. It was definitely worth your visit. This homestay is definitely worth your expectations. Such a big watermelon is only 5 yuan 😅😅✖️😅.
its a big hotel for tour groups. it also has many individual chalets in the shape of wine barrel with grapes planted on it.
highlight of the hotel is wine, they carry their own brands, good quality, at about 200 per bottle. We bought a dozen for consumption rest of our XJ tour.
the hotel has an underground wine celler that is 3km long. As its new, the place is clean and well decorated. worth the 20rmb ticket.
I was attracted by the restaurant decoration when I booked.
I was not disappointed after arriving.
The room is large and the decoration is very simple and elegant. The characteristic ethnic handicrafts hanging paintings on the bedside make the travel feel full. The bathroom has double wash basins and separate shower room, which is very convenient for a family of three.
You can vaguely see the snow-capped mountains when you look out of the stairwell.
The breakfast room is very beautiful and I am satisfied with it. There are various kinds of meals, and there are 8 kinds of Xinjiang pancakes alone😊

Worth recommending! ! ! ! We drove from Duku Highway, passed Kuche and arrived in Turpan. We booked this hotel. The service was super good, the facilities were complete, the parking lot at the door was super large, there was also a restaurant, and there were many places to eat around the hotel. Special thanks to Adila, Da Gulibanu, Xiao Gulibanu, **Cheng, and Tangnur at the front desk for their enthusiastic help and smiling service throughout the whole process. This accommodation experience was really good! ! ! Recommendation index 10/10
The room is very cool, and the e-sports is great. I came to Turpan with my friends and stayed in a very cost-effective hotel. Four people live in 85 square meters, there are 3 bathrooms, and there are computers for playing. Fried chicken is nice!
In addition, I would like to commend the three front desk guys: Waili, Ai Zihaier, and Mai Erdan. Their service is particularly good, and they are also handsome and stylish. I feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang!
The room is very clean and has a light fragrance. The bedding is very clean and the toiletries are complete. The environment is very good. There is a large backyard. The service is very good. Housekeeper No. 1 and Housekeeper No. 5 are very enthusiastic and help us. It has complete facilities for carrying luggage and is very close to the karez. There are many gourmet restaurants nearby. The food across the street is delicious and the barbecue is also very good. Friends and family can come here to experience it. There is also a large swimming pool for swimming. 🏊

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis is such a fantastic place to stay and a surprisingly gorgeous find. It smelled amazing and the staff provided a cool towel on arrival which was amazing after the dryness of the desert from which we had just arrived. There's a gorgeous little coffee shop next to the hotel as well which was a fantastic opportunity to re-caffeinate after a few days without during our tour of the desert. Definitely recommend staying here for a few days to recharge.
GGuest UserService was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.
GGuest UserHotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.
GGuest UserThe best hostel experience in China. The staff spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They offer a great variety of different tours and shared rides to sights in Tulufan. The common areas are cozy. The shared room was big and beds have curtains a d sockets!
GGuest UserThe homestay is located in the Karez scenic area, and it is very convenient to visit the scenic spots. I chose this homestay because it has a swimming pool. The weather in Turpan is too hot and sunny, and I just want to soak in the swimming pool during the day, so I chose this one. I was very surprised when I arrived. The hotel architecture, layout, and room design are very unique. Watching the sunset on the city wall at night, taking pictures is also very good. In addition, the service, every staff member is very enthusiastic, careful and patient. They can help recommend restaurants and order takeout on behalf of you. They also help clean up after eating. It's really considerate. I will stay at his house next time.
GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel I have stayed in in Turpan. The people in the lobby are very warm and friendly. The hotel is also magnificently decorated. Especially the facilities in the room are very reasonably laid out and the room is large. The 24-hour hot water and air conditioning are very good
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
XXiaoyaoyoudaxianThe location is good, very close to the Turpan Museum, just over 20 minutes' walk away. At night, there is a small carriage at the night market on the street behind, which is very fun.
The hotel service attitude is good, the room is clean, comfortable and quiet.
It's also very convenient to eat around. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple. A little improvement would be perfect.
Can't fault anything else. Still recommended! Because it’s so convenient to eat around!
22morrowsworldThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast.
On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests.
I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days.
Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor).
There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
GGuest UserThe hotel is cost-effective and affordable. The hotel has a large parking space, the air conditioner is new and cool, the room is large, the environment is good, and it is not noisy when sleeping at night. I stayed for one night and the hotel experience is still good.
