This is the first time I have given a negative review: 1: I asked the cleaning lady for a bottle of purified water before I checked out in the morning. This would be the case for a room with more than 400 yuan to ask for an extra bottle of water; 2: There is only one very small elevator. We live on the second floor. There are too many people preparing to go out to eat in the evening to catch the elevator. I thought I would just take the stairs, but it turned out that the stairs were blocked and I couldn’t walk. It was scary. If there was a fire alarm, the consequences would be real. can not imagine; 3: After checking out, I found that the car parked in the hotel parking lot had been scratched. I asked the security guard what the situation was. The reply was that it was not their problem and they didn't care. I had no choice but to go to the front desk and ask to adjust the monitoring. I was later told that from 21 : We checked in at 30:30 (we actually checked in at 19:10). We didn’t notice any scratches on our vehicle until we checked out. They were not responsible. Originally, a small scratch was nothing, but they shied away from everything. The attitude is really annoying. I really don’t know if their employees have been trained. The staff have no sense of service at all. Absolutely bad review!
