Turpan Hengze Hotel

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It's a good stay. The breakfast is simple but good. I will stay here again next time. Although the location is a bit remote, Turpan itself is not big. Compared with the so-called city center, I prefer the quietness here. It's convenient to walk to anywhere.

The room is very new, the service is very good, it is probably the best hotel in the area, the comfortable stay made me feel that the whole trip to Turpan was perfect. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

Facilities: The hardware conditions are good. There are some problems with the shower room. When you close the door when taking a shower, water easily accumulates. Hygiene: There are water stains on the small grid in the bathroom. Overall, it is clean. Environment: The hotel lobby is very bright and atmospheric. Service: Except for the good service attitude of the front desk, the other services are not good. No one cares... In fact, the reason why I booked this hotel is because of the special decoration of the breakfast room and the rich breakfast in the comments. The decoration is very beautiful, but the actual breakfast is very disappointing. There is no buffet at all. There is not even milk for breakfast. They are all served. A few fruits. A few side dishes. The hardest dish is a grilled sausage! It may also be that there are few people staying now, so it is not worth opening a buffet~ Anyway, it is so-so. If I had known this earlier, I would have booked Hampton Hilton, at least its location is much better than this hotel. The location of this hotel is on the edge of the city.

This hotel is really beautiful, especially the fountain at the entrance at night. It is very photogenic. Remember to see it before 11pm, as it will be closed at 11pm. I went out for dinner and it was closed when I came back. It was a pity that I didn’t take any photos. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious, and the parking lot is convenient.

The characteristic ethnic handicrafts hanging paintings on the bedside make the travel feel full. The bathroom has double wash basins and separate shower room, which is very convenient for a family of three. You can vaguely see the snow-capped mountains when you look out of the stairwell.
