One of the most modern hotel in turpan. Receptionist is very helpful. There are shops and eateries around the hotel. Room is spacious and conformable. Breakfast has good spread.

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.

Service is very good - large room comes with free shuttle, nice sumptuous breakfast and cosy - just that room doesn't cool down nicely. Other than that, good price.

Swish modern hotel that makes an ideal base for trips to the surrounding sights of Turpan. Large clean rooms with powerful shower, great buffet breakfast and well located in the downtown area close to shops, supermarkets, and eateries - including a night food market - all within five minutes walk. As non-Chinese speakers it was really helpful to have the support of guest services manager Caesar who helped us organise transport, and was only a phone call away in case we got lost. Walking distance to the museum and bazaar, the hotel had a nice bar and lounge area to kick back in.

Centrally located, the hotel is near many eateries and convenience stores. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. Very prompt in their services and friendly. Special mentions to Lan Lan (兰兰) and Jin Jin (金金), the two front desk officers who made me felt right at home. They made this stay an especially memorable one for me and my family. Highly recommended and will stay again. :)

I have a good time at the hotel. Staffs are very helpful, specially Adila is so kind and energetic to help for everything. I do love to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended .

1. The room design is reasonable, and the design without steps is very friendly to the elderly, reducing the risk of tripping. 2. The location is convenient. The small square opposite the hotel is a place for locals to relax. Turning right is the pedestrian street and night market, where you can immerse yourself in the life of locals. 3. Here I want to especially praise the service team of your hotel, especially the waiters Xiao Song, Xiao Liu and Michelle. They treat guests professionally, efficiently and meticulously. Xiao Song was particularly considerate to pack the afternoon tea and send it to the room. Xiao Liu and Michelle provided us with travel tips, which made us feel the warmth of home in a foreign place. Thank you [naughty]

Free pick-up station: The car is good, the driver wears a white shirt, very standard. Good service, free room upgrade, welcome fruit, thanks to Xiaojin, Xiaolan, Xiaona and beautiful service. The hotel is high-end, and the price of hotels of this level in Hangzhou is at least doubled. It is very cheap and good value in the off-season. Good location, in the city, the overall experience is very good.
