We came to the Volcano Red Winery. We were very touched by the enthusiastic front desk lady, the enthusiastic shuttle bus guy and the cleaning lady. You can eat grapes that are sweeter than first love. The super large estate is open to all children and adults for fun and leisure. The wine barrel room is also a pleasant experience. The children like it, so we changed the itinerary and renewed it for another night. We were reluctant to leave. I felt the enthusiasm and sincerity of the ancient city of Turpan for three days and two nights. Highly recommended

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

The hotel is very clean, and all facilities and equipment are fine. The front desk lady is very considerate, and she poured tea and warm mineral water for us, which is great! The breakfast is relatively simple, but tastes good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Parking is very convenient, and there are also food nearby. It is not far from the museum. I will choose this hotel first when I come to Turpan in the future!

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

The B&B is located in Putao Town. It has a large yard and is a typical Uighur building. It is very beautiful. Flowers are blooming in the yard. Next to the house is a vineyard. Grapes are also grown in the yard. You can pick them if you want. The boss and staff are all Uighurs. , the proprietress has a daughter who is in primary school. She is a very beautiful and lovely Uighur girl. She is fluent in Mandarin and loves to sing. The room is super spacious, luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The B&B has its own rooftop restaurant. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I lost my room card and didn’t say anything. I just smiled. Very pleasant stay experience. It would be better if the service could be improved. For example, the front desk is in the courtyard, there is no sign, and there is no one to greet guests when they arrive, but maybe this is what a B&B is. If you don't care about this, it will be perfect and great.

The B&B is located near Grape Valley, but it is a little off. The street lights are dim when driving to the hotel at night, almost non-existent, and it is a little inconvenient to travel. The handsome guy at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He helped us with the luggage and sent us to the door of the room. He brought a plate of welcome fruit. Later, when he heard that we wanted to eat mulberries, he brought another large plate. The environment of the manor is superb. It is suitable for a daze here if you have plenty of time. I heard from the boss that this is also one of the attractions in Grape Valley. Unfortunately, the itinerary is full and there is no time to empty myself and walk slowly in the manor. The room environment is very good, especially the style of the B&B. The only drawback is that the amount of water for bathing is a bit small and the temperature is not high. When we left the store, the boss was very thoughtful. He sent us to the Turpan Museum and took us to pick some mulberries on the roadside. We tasted a few bites and occasionally had a slightly sweet meal. The boss said that the season has not arrived yet and it has just begun to mature. There are no seasonal fruits when we come, otherwise we can pick them by ourselves. Overall, it is still very good. Welcome everyone to stay. 👏

Chitingyi is located in the Vineyard District and is one of the cultural and creative districts. There are not enough functions in the park. There is a community about 15 minutes' walk away for meals and there are many choices. The appearance and rooms are just beautiful, without any flowers or trees. Breakfast was not good, poor. There is no fruit, all B&Bs have breakfast in one room.

The hotel accommodation area is a row of townhouses. Each villa has about five or six rooms. The sand view king room we booked is arranged on the second floor. It has a small balcony and can see the sand view~ I was actually very satisfied with the environment when I first entered the hotel. When I checked in, I was given a small bag of dried fruits as a souvenir. I felt like I made a lot of money to book such an exquisite hotel for more than 200 yuan. The car was parked directly outside the villa and there were flowers in the small yard. It drives beautifully! However, after actually moving in, I still felt that the facility maintenance and services were lacking: 1. The TV in the room is very large, but unfortunately it only has a TV signal. You can adjust the TV station to watch, but it can’t connect to the Internet. You can’t watch online TV or cast the screen. The beautiful manager enthusiastically came to adjust it for us for a long time, but it still didn’t work. 2. You must know that most of the people who come to stay here come for the Kumtag Desert, so the first thing to do after playing in the sand is to take a shower. There was no hot water when we took a shower, so we called the front desk. Only then did we realize that the water heater had tripped. Of course, this could be because we were unlucky... We couldn't take a shower until half past twelve. 3. Still taking a shower, I finally had some hot water to take a shower. As a result, 2 of the 3 boxes hanging on the bathroom wall were empty and there was no shampoo. It was too late and I didn’t call the front desk. If the water heater tripped, it was luck. Problem, if the toiletries are not replenished in time, it can only be due to insufficient maintenance services. 4.Breakfast is a bit basic When I finally checked out, the lady at the front desk gave me a cute cat pendant. The overall service was still very good~

We arrived at 12 o'clock, and the front desk lady took the initiative to provide us with breakfast coupons! The hot water came slowly, and the maintenance staff came to check it immediately. The second is that the breakfast ”freshly squeezed corn juice” is super delicious, we talked all the way 🥛 Disadvantages: There are 2 lights in the bathroom, which is a bit dark. The hot water comes slowly at night, and it takes a while to put it, but the water temperature is normal. Finally, the price is extremely affordable. The homestay is in a town with a parking lot, which is very distinctive. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, grape fields outside the window, look at the mood is very good. The service should be the local girl with a good attitude. There is air conditioning in the room, shower facilities, curtains, toilets are automatic. But there are also some unsatisfactory, such as washing and showering places are relatively small. There is also the most attractive big bathtub in the picture that is basically unusable. I came back from the desert and thought that the temperature was OK. I also specially brought a swimsuit to prepare a hot bath, but I couldn't adjust the hot water with the waiter girl for a long time. Personally hope to improve the big bathtub, after all, this is an attractive selling point, why not cover the glass roof and curtain wall, make it indoors?
