This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

Stayed 4 nights, split 3 &1 in late September, we had stayed previously and enjoyed it. Great place to stay, close to airport and near very good restaurant. Very nice room, adequate storage and large bathroom, but remember there will be no face clothes. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast is reasonably priced and very good with even soft boiled eggs plus everything else in a European breakfast. Nice open area with ample tables and a small bar where one can order wine, beer, spirits and sit outside. Will surely stay here again should we be in the area.

From the windows of my hotel room, I can see the courtyard of the old castle. The room is decorated with old furniture, and I guess that each room is unique with various furniture. It gives me a feeling of visiting or staying in a guest room of an Italian family. A very different experience from staying at one of the big hotel chains which look exactly the same no matter where in the world you are. All of the staff are very friendly and supportive. To have breakfast in the room was no problem. I also got some excellent guidance on everything from counting in Italian, borrowing paper and pencil, safety around the football stadium, and so on. The place is located on a beautiful walking street with many good restaurants. All in all, I was pleased to stay here and recommend the place :)

The location is at the entrance of the stadium, and the balcony of the room is directly opposite the stadium, which is very convenient. The boss is a Chinese, handsome guy in the northeast, he is very good, and he told us that you can get on the bus only when you buy a bus ticket at the Chinese cigarette shop opposite the hotel. The 72 bus goes to the center of the train station.

The hotel is diagonally opposite Dora Station. very convenient. Not far from the two train stations, a few bus stops will do. Buses cost 2 Euros. The front desk speaks English with Italian accents. We arrived late but the reception was still very nice. The room was clean, drinks in the small refrigerator and the price list was on the bedside table. When you check out, she will ask you what you drank, and then check out together. There are more types of hotel breakfast than other cheap hotels in Italy, and they taste good. There are many fruits, fruit salads, and green salads. There are more types of bread. Other toast cheese ham and scrambled eggs should be considered standard in the European buffet breakfast, and there is also a poached egg. Drinks, first milk and various coffees, orange juice. Yogurt and cereals. See a lot of family trips. There are also many Chinese.

As cleanliness is a key issue at the moment (pandemic!) I must start with this - I have NEVER seen a hotel so keen on cleaning EVERYTHING so much, it’s like you leave a glass, 3 seconds later it is gone to be cleaned. The rooms absolutely sparkle as does the rest of the hotel - very impressed. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff are absolutely one of a kind (hotel wise) as they are so kind, polite, considerate (being that I don’t speak a word of Italian) and just downright superb human beings. The restaurant staff in particular (including the bar staff) were very attentive and just genuinely happy, smiley people - it was a pleasant, refreshing change. The food was to a very high standard, good quality, fresh produce was definitely used. And the chef(s) definitely knew how to prepare it! I did not go hungry on my visit, as I absolutely HAD to finish everything on my plate. All in all a very pleasant stay. The only criticism was that the ‘high speed Wi-Fi’ coverage was extremely poor - to get Wi-Fi in the room I had to press my device to the room door, and next to no coverage was found in the bar and restaurant. In the end I had no alternative but to use my very expensive roaming data. In the age when high speed Wi-Fi with good coverage is the norm, I found this to be very strange. But this is genuinely my only criticism, mainly because it was a slight inconvenience for the bonuses side of my stay.
