Art Hotel Olympic

The hotel is far from the center. It is clean and modern, but the furnishings are rather spartan and cheap. The air conditioning could not be adjusted and blared at 24.5 degrees - and that was in all rooms. Unfortunately, no information about this was given when checking in. Breakfast room without windows (you have to like that) and very mediocre breakfast. In summary: OK for one night on a business trip, but I can't recommend two nights. Privately, a 'NO GO' because of the location alone

A 4 star from three star service 0 I have been staying in Turin for 7 years and among all my 4 star stays this has never happened to me, which I will tell you about and which I also attach with photos. As soon as I arrived at the hotel at 10.30am just to be able to leave my luggage (because I had already been informed that I had to pay an additional sum for the early check!!) after a timid good morning I was told "BUT IT'S A LITTLE EARLY TO COME NOW" at every Good thing they tell me that luckily they can give me a freshly cleaned room on the sixth floor. As soon as I entered I noticed the small room with only one bedside table and in the bathroom towels and soaps only for one person! I proceeded to call the cleaning lady in the corridor, explaining that it was a double room for two and I asked for what I needed. These days in Turin the temperature was low and even with rain and I noticed drafts from the balcony window. I left the room at 11.30 am and returned at 4.30 pm, noticing that the room was cold, I rested for half an hour but I woke up due to the cold, the heating was off, I proceeded to call the reception describing the problem and they first replied, let's take care of it immediately, then they called me back saying that the hotel regulations stipulated that the switch on was from 7.30pm to 12am!!! so if I was cold they could bring me a heater and blankets!!!! A 4 STAR!!!! And therefore even in the bathroom the radiator was off so I could only take a shower from 7.30pm!!!!!!!! THERE ARE REGULATIONS IN PIEDMONT BUT YOU MUST ENSURE A MINIMUM OF 13 HOURS!! I also explained that I have a disability but I was told "we can't do anything, we couldn't have foreseen this cold!" Very poor breakfast!!!!!! Here too I attach photos of a poor buffet!!! I asked for a vegan croissant and they told me that I had to wait 15 minutes to get it and that I had to notify them!!!! (they are found in all bars) and for a squeezed orange either I took the orange JUICE they provided or I had to pay 5 euros for the press!!!!!. Having said that this Hotel only smokes a lot of art but it is a disappointment to sleep with two blankets and a heater in a four star !!!!!!!!

Nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Excellent staff service: reception, restaurant service and rooms. Hotel near the center and convenient parking (for a fee) available. Good quality of food. We had dinner and breakfast

Quality/price above expectations. Trained and helpful staff, breakfast with many variations in ingredients. Good location and not very far from the centre. I will definitely return and make my point of reference in Turin
