Nice facilities with 24h hot tub and swimming pool. Food is good too and very cozy lodges. Some technical issues regarding payment but staff was fast to fix it. One drawback is it takes about an hour to drive to Yosemite but it’s manageable!

Amazing place! Cabins and the grounds are beautiful, with a ton to do for any age. Very relaxed atmosphere. It was a quick drive to the park, so really convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall zero complaints . We will definitely be coming back.

Pro:The resort is absolutely beautiful and our cabin was perfect! There are so many activities and we also just enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits. Cons: I typically do not like giving negative reviews because it takes a lot to damper my vacation, but I feel like improvements should be made in this case. I do not mind that the resort is on the pricier side, however the customer experience should match that level. The majority of the staff seem bothered and uninterested in making you feel welcome. We had to greet the employee at the general store and she barely spoke a word as we ordered our coffee. When she did speak she mumbled and was irritated that I didn’t hear her. The guy at the front desk told my husband that we could have a 1:00 check out and then when my husband went to confirm the same person said “Who told you that?” He backed down when my husband reminded him that he was the one who offered it. Luckily, there were some exceptions in staff and we really did appreciate those who were friendly. We were just looking for basic customer service with a smile. Secondly, the food at The Tavern is average at best. I feel like it is trying too hard to be fancy, but the taste of everything was lacking, especially for the price. We ventured out to find something better off property which was fine but there aren’t a lot of options. Overall, we would stay here again for the resort alone, but I hope some attention to service will be addressed and maybe make some changes to the Tavern food.

Having your own lodge is the ultimate in privacy. Since this complex is barely one year old, it is very clean and modern. Wish we could have stayed longer! It’s a slice of heaven. We plan ton return in the summer to take advance of the pool. Highly recommend.

I was so lucky to be the first of the season to trail ride the beautiful surroundings of Firefall Ranch. It was such a wonderful and relaxing experience to be able to ride in nature with great horse suited to my level of riding and company of the guides at the ranch. Thank you so much for taking me on this one hour ride.

We stayed at the ranch for our annual trip to Yosemite. It is a very new property that is well appointed, spotless, and comfortable. We really liked having our own individual cottage. It made it feel homey and quiet and private. The service was excellent, and our biggest disappointment is that we didn’t get to use more of the facilities since we were busy at Yosemite.

Beautiful property, cabins were spectacularly comfortable and designed well. Gas fireplace was a wonderful touch for warmth and extra coziness. Tavern had excellent food and drinks. Dark enough for real star gazing, close enough to the park. Place is brand new and amazing. Did the horseback riding and had a great time, super easy to mount up right next to the hotel.

The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was immaculately clean and super cozy. We enjoyed the mini golf, nightly smores and pool. The restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly. Overall it was a very luxurious resort experience and we hope to return again someday.
