The good- new attractive cabins. The soap smells good. Nice fire pits. The not so good- late arrival, after hours check in- multiple issues. Internet (key for my choice) didn’t work 1/2 of the day Thursday. Had to work in lobby. Nice lobby, so that’s a positive. Wouldn’t be an issue except I had to work & called to confirm internet availability. Area with microwave dirty, crumbs on counter and floor. Restaurant- service terrible, food cold, most tasted awful. The dessert ok. Overall, not recommended.

My husband and I took a car trip to Yosemite. When booking our stay I discovered that Firefall Ranch had stand alone cabins but was also a resort which meant it had dining options, gift/snack/coffee shop/ beautiful pool, hot tub, and other available activities throughout the property and at their sister properties as well. Our cabin was a large one bedroom, with an indoor -outdoor fireplace, a very comfortable king bed, a lovely sitting area with table and sofa, a large deck, well appointed shower and bathroom facilities as well as a little kitchenette-ish area. The decor was tasteful and we thoroughly enjoyed the space. We stayed at Firefall Ranch for 4 nights. We had several breakfasts and 2 dinners there. We found it relaxing and "just right" after our days hiking and photographing in Yosemite. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff who were especially helpful during our stay as well as to the servers in the restaurant who were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals. We would recommend Firefall Ranch and hope that others will enjoy it as much as we did.

We went there for breakfast. Oct 20, 2024. My husband ordered poached eggs. His egg was hard boiled. I order the pancakes they were cold. (The butter didn't even melt when I put it in-between the pancakes.) The host that seated us was very cold. The host asked us how many turned pick up the menus and walked away and pointed to the table we were to sit. Had to ask for a coffee refill. Very poor and cold serve. We told the waiter, and he took $10.00 off. We live locally and thought we try it. Glad we did breakfast instead of dinner. Waiter said dinner is better. If the cook couldn't poach an egg or serve warm pancakes. I can't imagine what the dinner would be. Not going back. Beware.

We had the best week at Firefall! Girls’ trip but this is an amazing family friendly resort 30 minutes from Yosemite. Props to Jerry and Bree at the Tavern restaurant and Aaron and Mary and the entire front desk crew. The cafe is speedy and had great options. Everyone was so friendly! Great facilities and activities for all. We will be back with our families.

Beautiful grounds, lots of things made available for your use (bicycles, putt-putt golf, etc.). Individual well-appointed cabins with fireplaces and a porch, microwave, refrigerator. I particularly loved the shower. It's a beautiful place (a bit pricey for something that's out of the way). There were a few individual things that need to be tweaked - I pointed them out individually rather than post them publicly. Mary at the front desk is a gem!

Firefall Ranch is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed on our many trips to national parks over the years. The staff is among the friendliest you'll ever meet. The grounds are beautiful, and the cabins are new, clean, modern, and full of cozy ambiance. Beds are super comfy. The microwave, fridge, and gas fireplace were much appreciated. The hot tubs are spacious and clean, and the pool is huge. There is even a small general store on site that sells food, coffee, and pastries. The location is superb for Yosemite Park exploration. It's a bit of a drive, but the scenery makes the time fly by.

Great stay in a two bedroom cabin. The property was quiet and peaceful—excellent pool, outdoor fireplaces and mini golf. Good food and atmosphere. We hope to return someday and spend more time enjoying the property. Had breakfast at sister property Rush Creek which was excellent.

Outdoor vibe in a beautifully designed resort with great pool and hot tub. Cottages are gorgeous with high windows and beautiful wood ceiling. You can stargaze on the back porch or from your bed 🤣🤣. Yosemite is nearby and you can return after long hikes and exploring and relax with a sparkling wine or ipa at the hot tub 💕

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house with 3 couples after our backpacking adventure in Yosemite National Park. It was the perfect place to relax, eat great food, ease our tired muscles in the hot tub and drink some wine while playing putt putt and corn hole. The staff could not have been kinder. We ate in the Tavern for dinner one night and for breakfast both mornings. We had one incredible dinner in the nice dining room our last night. The house is clean with very comfortable beds, a comfortable living room, back porch and small kitchenette with a Keurig and small fridge. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with 2 twin beds. We were about a 10 minute walk to the main lodge. All in all a great place to unwind and be pampered. There is also a small store with provisions at a premium cost.
