Staying at Zamna Tulum was a fantastic experience. The rooms were beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern comforts and rustic charm. The serene ambiance provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The on-site amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, added to the overall appeal. The location was also convenient, offering easy access to Tulum’s main attractions. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend Zamna Tulum for anyone looking to unwind in style.

Stay away from Zamna at all costs. My husband and I went for the music festival this year and I have never felt so unsafe. There were police with machine guns everywhere, we were robbed coming in, drinks costs 200mx, and a cab ride out was $80usd for an 8 minute ride. Not to mention the headliners car for the festival was stolen from inside and burned. The area and set up are dangerous. An absolute nightmare and tourist trap and fake instagram festival in Tulum.

We booked the hotel for the first leg of our visit to Tulum, however, we were deeply disappointed by the room. As the property is in the jungle, it’s expected that there will be insects. However, there were LARGE and SEVERAL insects in the room + bathroom including animal droppings on the bed — this place is soooo dirty! Noticed a hole in the ceiling where all the animals were coming in. We called security as reception closes at 6pm. Additionally, the hotel management was incredibly unhelpful especially when we decided to check out and could not get a taxi as the hotel is far out of town from Tulum was in the middle of nowhere with no reception. We walked to the main road and eventually got reception and managed to get a taxi. Also the taxis rip you off and the hotel should work out a price as the hotel is far from everywhere.

Spent New Year’s Eve waiting in line for a fake Covid test: when I arrived at the festival 30 mins before midnight, we were told we had to wait in line to do a Covid test. Nothing mentioned about this on the website when I booked the tickets. The line was crazy busy, thousands of people crammed together with no masks waiting to get a Covid test. This was actually the first time in Mexico I was seriously worried I would getting Covid. Once it was midnight, I was still stuck in the line. When I finally got to take the tests, the organizers sent me in without even waiting for the results. They came about 30 mins later when I was already on thr dance floor. Obviously this Covid test is just fine to scam everyone out of $40 not to prevent Covid!!

Ecological wooden cabins in front of a cenote. From the terrace of your cabin the water is under your feet, we were also kayaking in the cenote and swimming. It have a very quiet pool since the place is for guests only. You can find some good electronic music events here in high tourist season. We will definitely be back for the music.

They have very poor planning and do not care about the guests who make their reservations in order to earn more money. I bought a ticket for Boris in August and booked a room there in advance, but one day they came up with the idea of charging more. to the guests, so they canceled my reservation and raised the price, after all the most important consumer apparently are the foreigners who pay whatever price you give them, so my reservation was canceled to sell room + event ticket with a higher price and they did not honor my reservation

Pésima organización del evento, cobrando cover (prueba COVID sin sentido y forzosamente con su laboratorio). Zona VIP con baños sucios y sin área para sentarse. Precios irreales del consumo de bebidas. Sin ganas de volver y cero recomendable.

Estuve en zamna de vacaciones… y la verdad volveré sin duda! Súper atentos el personal y las cabañas increíbles.. un sitio súper bonito y acogedor!!! Me encanta En cuanto llegamos súper atentos en coger las maletas t llevarlas… el desayuno súper bueno!!! Y los chicos que trabajan una pasada! La chica que estaba en recepción súper amable y nos recomendó sitios para ir a cenar. No muy caros y súper bueno todo! Sin duda quiero volver en enero 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
