We enjoyed our time there, the hammock on the balcony was a great touch and a relaxing place to stay, room was lovely and stylish.

The accommodation is in a good location if you are arriving by bus as it is relatively close to the bus station and is affordable. That's probably the end of everything positive because there aren't many positive arguments about this place. It is quite thoroughly lowered. The room was not fully renovated. Bed linen, pillow and curtains with stains. The receptionist seemed confused when he learned that someone had actually planned to settle in this cave. The piles of sand on the stairs and walls made me feel like a rescuer who came after a flood trying to find some survivors. In principle, the concept of the hotel is already not bad - to weave elements of Mayan culture, such as Mayan numbers on the doors of the rooms, etc. However, this property must have some investment i n renovations, to make it somewhat attractive to tourists.

Super Hostel je recommande vraiment! Le personnel est gentil, accueillant, serviable et souriant. J’ai pris une chambre privée et elle était très spacieuse, super équipée (télé connectée, petit espace salon et salle à manger) et la literie est très conformable. La salle de bain également est grande et fonctionnelle avec une belle douche à l’italienne. L’hostel edt super bien situé dans le centre de Tulum avec des collectivo devant et la gare de bus Ado à 4min à pied et sur le coin en face de très bon tacos à 15mxn
