El espacio es grande y está bien equipado, la habitación era cómoda, la cocina contaba con lo necesario para poder preparar alimentos, incluyendo cafetera, lo cual apreciamos mucho. La ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra de la calle principal de Tulum, siendo lo bastante silenciosa pero al mismo cercana para poder caminar a todas partes. No tiene recepción ni nadie que esté pendiente para ayudarte, lo que hace que si llegas a hacer el check in en un horario diferente al convenido y no tienes datos o forma de llamar se te puede complicar el acceso.
