We stayed this hotel 5nights with my children. They love here and the swimming pool is so cool. Everyone is polite and so friendly. If you have requests and help, they will try to do the best. We love it and the breakfast is delicious. Fruits and bread is tasty. WiFi is power and very clean in the room. They kept to clean it everyday. We will introduce my friends to book Tiki Tiki Hotel when they come to Tulum!

When planning to visit Tulum, I wanted to concentrate on engaging in many activities so I wanted a location near the town, but not among the noise and chaos. I chose Tiki Tiki based on recommendations and their excellent communication. It was the right choice. Tiki Tiki was perfect! It's a quiet, comfortable hotel with the best staff. Every single person on staff is professional, respectful and fantastic at helping visitors to feel welcome. Housekeeping asked me every day if I would like my room cleaned and they would accommodate. A special thanks to Sofia and Naomi who answered all my questions prior and during my visit. They made my trip extra special.

Tiki Tiki has been my favorite place to stay for years when visiting Holistika! All of the rooms and views are beautiful! Their breakfast is always fresh and delicious, and I love that it’s within walking (or biking) distance from anything you could want or need!

Beautiful, peaceful little oasis in the jungle away from the bustle of the main roads. Gorgeous young woman at front desk was so helpful and always had a smile. Delicious breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. All staff were very friendly. Walk next door to Holistika for yoga classes and great vegetarian restaurant. I didn’t need to leave this place my whole short trip to Tulum.

Lovely boutique hotel in la Valeta, Tulum. Beautiful design. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool and lounge area with bar. Quiet and safe location. Professional friendly and caring staff. Access to the vegan restaurant, pool, yoga classes and workshops, pottery classes and outdoor gallery at the bigger sister hotel/spa/resort Holistika. I would highly recommend renting a car as taxis are very expensive and Tiki Tiki is ~10-15 min drive from the town center and ~20min drive from the beach.

One of the most beautiful hotels in La veleta, great rooms, pool and bar. Amazing staff. Very accommodating to personal requests. There is even a hammock in the room which comes handy on those lazy afternoon siestas. Walking distance to very good restaurants and cafes

It was just want we need it silent, nice & clean the personal who works there are amazing, very helpful; the deco of the hotel is beautiful everywhere you see the bar the pool the roms reception. and the music at the bar & pool it was just perfect thank you
