"The room is clean and spotless. Amenities such as face/batth towel, coffee drips, face cream etc are self-helped.
We ran into issue checking in as we reserved 2 rooms for 3 pax. Somehow the reservation was confused and we had to pay additional for 3rd person.
Thankfully it was resolved by Trip."

"The room is very clean and the details are well done. Slippers and toothbrushes are available for self-service on the first floor. Nail clippers and irons are also provided. The cleaning lady is very professional and tidily arranges the bedding. There is a drug store opposite and food is convenient nearby. It costs 1,000 yuan per night. Good value for money for three people in Japan."

"Hotel location is behind a few malls with many options for food. For a parking spot it costs 1000yen from check in to check out. It was a good hotel with a main and annex building. It’s starting to look its age but can see the staff very hardworking and friendly which is always a plus. I hope the hotel can start to refurbish in stages as the room has many scuff marks however it’s a good place for one or two nights stay. Thank you."

"The room is relatively small, but it has everything, clean and sanitary, with a safe and refrigerator. It is very good for one person to live in. The hotel uses a credit card to take the elevator, which is safe and guaranteed. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective. "Since it is far from Tsukuba station, it is safer to move by car or taxi in summer or winter. The facilities are clean and I wanted to use it again. Since there is only one large communal bath, men and women will be switched on an hourly basis. The number of beds may be different from the photo, so please read it carefully when making a reservation. The double room had a double bed size and was not two. Lack of confirmation here ..."

"Service, amenities are minimal and made like an apartment.
However, the room is large, the bed is the size that can sleep even two people, the bath and toilet are separate, the table like a chabudai is prepared with desks and chairs, and even the table and chairs for two people.
It was hard to find a meal, so I wish I had bought something (there is a microwave and a refrigerator).
There was a hot bath facility nearby, but the bath was large enough to stretch my legs, so I was able to relax enough.
Washing machine 1 return 300, dryer 10 minutes 100もあり, convenient でした."

Because it was a Bon Festival holiday, it may not be possible to make the amount high, but it is too high. I won't stay even if I get 10000. In the middle of the night, there should be only one security grandfather. Food: Everything is delicious. It is available in the morning and evening, but it needs to be booked in advance. The food office near the 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon will be off work. If the hotel is expensive, the hotel also has instant noodles. But it is recommended to try dinner, it is delicious. Hot springs: There is an open air! if you are willing to! You can go to the bubble 24 hours a day! And very few people! One word: cool! A variety of skin care, cleaning products, are also very easy to use (sensitive skin measured), it is worthwhile to try to empty. Room: The room is spacious and it looks like which one you booked. Shrine: The Tsukuba Shrine is going out and turning right. When you look up at the hotel door, you will see the bird house. From that bird house, you will enter. After visiting the shrine, go to the orbital station and follow the tips on the left to climb some steps. The track goes back and forth 1050 yen. The top of the mountain: To the top of the mountain is the male body mountain, very close; to the right is the female body mountain, the mountain road is not easy to walk, 15 minutes, you can go to a mountaintop, there is a small hall. You can choose to take the cable car over there, but will not return to the hotel.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here on business at Tsukuba University. This hotel is often crowded with people on weekends for weddings and the like, and although it is old, there were no particular issues. It was also convenient that there was a microwave in front of the elevator on the guest floor.
To get to Tsukuba University, it was a short walk to Tsukuba Station, then a bus ride from there, about 30 minutes. There aren't many shops or restaurants around Tsukuba Station itself, and at night there is really nothing there. There are chain restaurants lined up along the main roads around the hotel, but it was inconvenient that the convenience stores were far away.
It's a little far from the station, so if you make more than one round trip a day it can be a bit of a hassle.

JJishnuThis is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan within reasonable prices. I was visiting Center for computational science, Tsukuba University. The shuttle service of the hotel is very nice and convenient. If you are visiting KEK this hotel is also perfect. The one thing I love about the hotel is the public bath and the Sauna.
One thing is missing is the public bus information. That is a bit confusing if you are travelling from the Tsukuba center.

GGuest UserThere is a bus stop 30 meters from the entrance of the hotel, and it is quite convenient to travel. There is a noodle restaurant across the street, and there is also a family not far away. The service is really good, the Japanese are very polite, and the store experience 99 points.

GGuest UserI booked it because it was the cheapest around Tsukuba Station, and it was very good with a nice exterior and a tasteful interior.
There are a lot of manga in the hall, so I think it's comfortable in that sense as well.
The only thing that's a bit questionable is the location, which is far from the station and a little far from the bus stop.
It's along a main road, so if you're driving it shouldn't be a problem.
By the way, the nearest bus stop is in front of Hama Sushi on Google Maps, but in reality it's not there but in front of what looks like a game shop.
