This was not my first stay at this hotel, but it will definitely be my last. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit, and unfortunately, it will be the last time I book here. Despite an increase in the room rates, the level of service has noticeably declined, which made it feel like poor value for money. One of the biggest letdowns was the breakfast. It was nowhere near the high standard I had come to expect from previous visits, and it felt as though quality was being sacrificed. Furthermore, the limited number of staff and the unwelcoming attitude of the receptionist made the experience even more uncomfortable. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the hotel. In summary, the hotel has raised its prices but significantly reduced the quality of service. I will not be returning and would recommend considering other options for better value and hospitality.
