I love this Hotel! My second visit and stay at Casaurina.. You cannot fault the staff team, who literally know what Customer Service means .. they cannot do enough for you.. Reception; Spa; Bar and Restaurant Staff; Housekeeping and Sabrina in the Entertainments Team are what makes this hotel and my return holiday so special.. beautiful people ❤️.. the food has continued to raise the bar with even more selections and some first class dishes that would rival a 5 star hotel.. If I would critique anything it would be the takeover of Framissima throughout the entertainment .. it is kindly set up for French holiday makers however the other 50% of guests are the rest of the world.. please include us with the same services and programme choices so everyone feels included ❤️.. otherwise separate it out in different areas of the hotel Casaurina is well placed in the North West of Mauritius for beaches, trips around the island and a warm climate and if you get stuck, Maurijet are on hand for everything Mauritius I look forward to coming back soon!

We like our staying in Casuarina Resort&Spa.The hotel is little bit overdated,but clean. They do housekeeping regularly. The garden is beautiful, tropical paradise. The beach is opposite, after the road. The sunbrellas are limited,I think you need more of them,but the beach is beautiful. Only my suggestion is you have to manage some bar on the beach, because examples we had All Inclusive service and we can't bring any drinks down to the beach, we just have it near to the swimming pools.The employees are very kind,always helpful and friendly, with a big smile.We want to thank you for all team,especially Ryksay Ravi,who made a very good cocktails, but all waitress are fantastic. Thanks for reception guys and for girls who serving our dinners.Animation team is also wonderful. We coming back definitely. We recommend this hotel for everyone who like simple but cosy traditional African style accommodation.

Went to this resort for our usual 2 week July holiday. We normally go to the Caribbean, so looking for a change. Cheap and cheerful is probably what I’d say about the hotel. In need of a refurb in all areas really. The rooms are dated, and tired. The beds rock hard. Big shower, but not designed well so unable to close the door. Room service by our cleaner was good, Breakfast best meal of the day, with nice egg and pancake station. Smoky bacon, but VERY well done! Usual cereal fruit and toast station. Lunch and dinner not to our style, although plenty choice, difficult to make a sensible meal. (Nice steak, but pasta with it?) Only 1 bar, all local drinks, quick enough service and the guys would bring to the pool/seating areas. But closes 11pm on the dot and lights out, so nothing to do. Nice beach across the road, but could do with a drinks service. Easy access via bus to Grand Bay, or Port Louis, or do a trip around the island view points, or a boat trip down either coast. Can’t fault Mauritius, but won’t be going back, the travel is a killer of a journey.

Excellent friendly staff lovely food. Rooms were clean. Didn't like that you couldn't check in till 2 even when you've arrived early, your all inclusive hadn't started so you had to pay for drinks. Beach is literally across the road which is nice and VJ who in the beach arranges good trips

Casuarina, is an incredibly exceptional hotel, at an incredibly exceptional affordable price. I checked in on the 14th February with my fiancee to beautiful sunny northern Mauritian weather. The heat, a perfect recipe to cool down with a good swim at the pool. The booking was all inclusive. Drinks unlimited and a buffet. Our stay was only meant to be one night, however it was not enough and we had to book one more night because the service is just that good. The staff is incredibly friendly, and not saying that lightly, it seems like they love their jobs, it's as if they are really passionate about it. Most notably, a worthy mention, to his generous hospitality and kindness, a big thank you to the assistant manager, Mr. Ashley Narisimlu, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The food, was incredibly delicious, geared towards a more Indian cuisine. The standard room, is a perfect location to wind down after a long activity filled day. I highly recommend that you come and experience the amazing Casuarina hotel. You will not regret. 10/10

Casuarina is the best hotel I’ve been to so far and I got the best scenic view from my room . Overlooking The garden and the pond with ducks. However, not to mention a beautiful view directly looking at the ocean. Thanks a lot Mr Ashley Narisimulu . You were really helpful and for being so kind and welcoming . I am really impressed by the efficient check in and check out. Can’t wait to be here again soon. From the start Mr Sebastian as well gave us complimentary drinks and helped us with our luggage. Thanks to the reservation department they made our booking on the eve. Much appreciated! The Indian food was succulent! Great breakfast! Heartily thanks for this excellent hospitality!

Excellent hotel which we believe exceeds it’s 3 star classification. Very clean, bright and spacious room and bed. Bathroom, has been described as tired perhaps but again very spacious and clean with a large shower and with good pressure and temperature. Food is very good. Ashley and his team work extremely hard from housekeeping to bar/restaurant and reception. It’s reassuring to see managers in all areas ask for constructive criticism and feedback
