Beautiful, artisan-level and secure accommodations, stellar balcony, fantastic location. Host Pasquale's service was flawless - he was responsive and provided a thorough introduction to our rooms, spot-on recommendations to local eateries, and excellent communication overall. We easily walked to sites, beaches, restaurants, and shops, enjoyed delicious local dishes and later, a bottle of wine and the view of the coast lit up by the moon from the rooftop balcony.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. If you have a car, I Gioielli does have a garage which is a true asset in Tropea. Excellent location in center of town and within walking distance to beaches. Many restaurants to choose from and Pasquale, the owner, was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions. Highly recommend.

This apartment is in an amazing part of town close to everything. We stayed in the Zaffiro . It was spacious and meticulously clean. Kitchen fully stocked, stove top but no oven.It was a very comfortable stay ,had a cute, quaint rooftop where you can go sit and relax. Antonella cleaned our rooms and did a fantastic job, pillows were hung out in the sun when she changed our linens giving our bed a fresh clean feel. Pasquale was a fantastic host full of information. He was always available when we had questions. Beach towels and umbrella for the beach were made available to us for free. We stayed here for 2 weeks comfortably. I would go back in heartbeat. Pro Welcoming and friendly host. Super clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bedding comfortable. Felt new. Good location near town. Con Very little natural light in the apartment. It’s a dark hole for the most part. There is no sea view without a severe crane of the neck when you are standing on the tiny balcony. Misadvertised. Very steep staircase to terrace. Impossible for elderly people to access. Difficult to take food and drink up there to relax. Couch and tv set up is not comfortable at all. Ends up being unusable space. We paid a lot for a large apartment but ended up not really being able to use the amenities we paid for due to the above reasons. Town is overtouristed with unreasonable high food prices. We could not get comfortable here. It was dark, terrace hard to access and tv/ couch set up was not good.

Always wanted to visit Tropea and booked this self contained apartment which turned out to be a renovation in Pasquale’s late grandfathers’ house. Kitchen dining area with bedroom and shower room make up the Accomodation with a communal terrace above accessed by a steep spiral staircase that this aged gentleman opted not to attempt! My host, Pascquale, was most welcoming and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay here but would just point out that the sea view is limited and not even an estate agents “stone throw” would be an acceptable description of how far away it was!! The only disappointment, in this day and age, was that the only (small) tv was on a wall in the small dining/kitchen area that meant sitting in an uncomfortable raffia seat to watch. But don’t let any of this put you off, I enjoyed a magical two night stay in relative comfort in the centre of a wonderful village that has not, yet, been ruined by tourism!!

Beautiful apartment in the city center, safe parking in the garage and a nice and friendly owner. Excellent location for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful beach.Good location for exploring the beautiful coast, Pizzo,Capo Vaticano etc.

Unique apartments, in a former wine warehouse, high rooms with a special design. The location is perfect, at the entrance to the old center, close to the sea and the main ways of access and exit from the city, boutiques for shopping and typical souvenir shops, while in the market and on the alleys you can enjoy the fabulous cuisine of Tropea in the countless restaurants with outdoor tables. I stayed in the Zaffiro Apartment, which I recommend. This two-room apartment has a spacious living area with a full kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a splendid bedroom with balcony. Private parking in the garage closed, included in the services of the apartment. An extra note for Pasquale's courtesy.

central can walk from here to anywhere we enjoyed staying here Pasquale was terrific and gave us a garage to park in .... we were here during down season so not much open but loved the location... thanks Pasquale
