The hotel is clean and nice. A normal three star hotel. The positive aspects are the related with the very nice sea view from the eating area. The sunset is really beautiful and there are many tables at the terrace to have breakfast, lunch or dinner and to enjoy the sea view. The food at lunch and dinner is excellent. The breakfast is more simple. The service and all staff are also very nice and helpful. The rooms have enough space and the air conditioning is silent and works very well. In our room the bathroom was newly renovated. Internet Wi-Fi works well in all areas of the hotel. On the negative side is that there are always stairs to go from the room to the dinning area or to the outside. The swimming pool is very small. We never used the swimming pool because it was very small and crowded. The streets and area around look chaotic. If you have a car, there are very limited parking spaces in the area of the hotel. There is no private parking. The hotel is located in a high area and there are more than 60 stair steps and a steep ramp to reach the beach. If you are not familiar with the beaches in the area and in Italy, pay attention as the hotel charges 25 euros per day to rent a sun umbrella with a small space at the beach. If you go to the very small full public area, it is fully crowded and basically no space for a towel. Very nice is the sea water temperature in July in the area: 26-27 C.

Uhhhh…this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The only redeeming thing about this place was the location. The proximity to the center of town was perfect and the views were amazing. Everything else was awful. AWFUL! This is more of a motel where people hang their underwear (yes, underwear not just swim suits) outside to dry in common areas, like, at the pool, which I should say for those of you wanting to use the pool it’s shared by 3 other places. We did not use the pool because we were scared to for sanitary reasons. THERE ISN’T A PRIVATE BEACH!! I know the description says there is, but there isn’t. Plenty of beach clubs to choose from though. I somehow booked my stay with dinner included and it was completely inedible. GROSS. Did I say how gross it was? The place is just falling apart. We tried to move our hotel, but there wasn’t anything available. I did go into it thinking it’s just a room. We’ll hardly ever be there, but it was that bad! We had a deluxe “redone” room with an ocean view. I do want to say that the staff was super friendly and very polite so it had nothing to do with the people.

The hotel itself is mediocre but the staff is a disaster. It’s a typical Italian 3 star hotel but normally the other hotels will not try to rips you off. When we were going to check out we had to pay 15€ for beach towels. No one informed us about this beforehand. Beware of hidden fees that you are not informed about in advance.

Very motel like, rooms all along outdoor corridor. Staff not the friendliest, but fine. Food quality very average for breakfast, we didn't try dinner. Lovely location though It was fine for what we needed for one night but wouldn't stay longer Everything was a bit dated

We stayed here for a week as part of a package holiday. The room was good. We had a sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. Although a bit dated, needs some tlc. The restaurant area had amazing views over the Mediterranean, and we could even see Stromboli one morning. The restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help. Food good, free wine offered with evening meal. Very good location. Ten minutes from the beach, and ten minutes in the other direction from the lovely old town centre of Tropea. The main negative of this hotel is the amount of stairs you have to go up and down. It's set over three levels, with outside staircases. I think which ever room you are in you have to go up or down, to either get to your room or the restaurant and pool area. But overall a lovely stay.

What a wonderful hotel with the best staff to spend a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Letizia and Martina in reception couldn't have been more friendly or helpful than if we were family, will miss you. Domenico, Tanya, Stefania and Marcos in the restaurant made every meal enjoyable and fun, always happy and willing to chat even though we dudnt speak Italian The food was amazing at breakfast and dinner, couldn't ask for anything more. Natalya and Paula who cleaned our room everyday were so lovely and always made sure we had clean towels and fresh bedding. Pino, who fixed everything, dud the laundry, fixed tv's, the list us endless. Thank you all for making our stay so perfect, can't wait to return a d hopefully stay in the same room 210.

Wonderful hotel, very well located near the beach and the city center. Excellent service with breakfast and dinner included, both very tasty, incredible view of the beach and spacious and very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend watching the sunset from the hotel balcony.
