Hotel Sonia

Hello, we stayed at this property 4 nights for sporting events: bad.! Dirty, bad food and inadequate staff (always ready to drink beer) Not recommended, we were many due to sporting events and everyone was complaining.

I stayed with my class in this hotel for one night and one morning. Starting with the rooms, they were pretty clean, but we had a mix up with the rooms. The rooms that the profs booked were initially for 4 people, but unfortunately ours was for 3 and we had to join the 3 single beds to sleep all 4. In the rooms, moreover, there was a suffocating heat as the air conditioners they turned on only in the morning. The food was inedible! In the evening we dined with pasta with cream and ham and chicken and potatoes. The pasta was raw, the cream that served it was sour and solid and the ham was soft and sour too. The second, chicken and potatoes, was no better. The chicken was chewy and tasted awful and the potatoes tasted like sewage. The bread was the only thing that was quite edible even though it was mushy and old too. The staff were obnoxious to say the least, unhelpful and always annoyed. I asked for a shower towel and they said they didn't even have one without even looking at me and with an annoyed and indifferent face. I strongly advise against it as little organization. Just a waste of money, this hotel ruined my tour.

Dalle foto sembra carino ma, solo dalle foto dentro sembra una caserma camere scarne muri segnati e sporchi nessun armadio camera piccola bagno senza un porta carta igienica, per prodotti da bagno una saponetta da 10 gr e due bustine da 10 ml di bagno doccia... Abbiamo chiesto nel pomeriggio due cuscini in più perché i cuscini in dotazione sono pressoché inesistenti, un velo e ci hanno risposto a mezzanotte e mezzo richiamandoli, dopo essersi accorti che non ci avevano portato i cuscini, che non ne avevano più, finiti i cuscini.... Roba da matti!!! Un albergo a tre stelle, in a tre stalle direi... Vuoi fare colazione 15 euro a persona, vuoi parcheggiare 30 euro al giorno.... Un albergo da dimenticare!!!! A mai più....

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 2 notti per lavoro. Esperienza molto negativa: la prima camera assegnata aveva un water sporco nonostante la striscia di garanzia igiene WC apposta. Ho quindi chiesto ed ottenuto di cambiare camera. Nella seconda camera non funzionava la tessera per entrare (hanno dovuto aprire con la chiave, che non mi è stata lasciata) e mi è stata data la tessera funzionante solo il giorno successivo. La televisione non funzionava né nella prima camera né nella seconda. I muri erano sporchi e con scrostature. Il personale delle pulizie la mattina parlava ad alta voce. Per il parcheggio hanno chiesto 30 euro e per la colazione 15 (prezzi molto alti per un hotel 3 stelle che si trova nella periferia di Trieste). Nel complesso esperienza fortemente negativa.

Ospite in questa struttura come viaggio d'istruzione organizzato. Camera abbastanza comoda, buffet discreto. Peccato per la presenza di altre scolaresche, più rumorose. Altro elemento negativo la distanza dal centro, che costringe a dotarsi di un mezzo di trasporto.
