We just spent 4 nights here and the rooms are wonderful,the place is spotless,the location outstanding but what makes it 6 stars is the owner Pina. She truly understands customer service and gave us terrific places to eat. Her response rate is warb speed !Trust me I have done a lot of travelling and Le Cupole is the place to stay in Trapani.

We stayed at the Cupole Suites in Trapani over New Year 2023. The only word to use is “Perfect”. There is everything you need in the way of coffee, tea, toast etc. and very comfortable beds. The hostess, Pina, goes out of her way to help with anything. She even took us to a restaurant in her car when they did not reply to the phone, to make sure it was open. Excellent

This property was more than I ever could ask for. Super modern and located about 2mins from the dock where most of the boating activities take place. It had stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking at home if you desire. Check in was super easy and our host was available with help/assistance whenever I needed her to be. The rooms were super clean and me and my friend got to have our own bedrooms. It was just the two of us. but it was one queen size bed and one pull out bed that also had a bed at the bottom as well to house another guest. The wifi was super crisp. Felt like at home (america) I would stay here again.

We stayed at a lovely, clean apartment for one night at the start of our holiday. Great central location and the owner was very helpful in suggesting places to go and eat. I also liked the online check-in which we could do in advance. Very handy for ferries too.

Truly outstanding.... the owner Pina has created the most wonderful apar**ents, all bright and fresh, every detail has been thought through.... on arrival Pina took time to explain in detail places to visit, times and recommended local restaurants. The apar**ent was very spacious with lots of balconies and French doors, very comfortable indeed. Rarely does a property match or indeed exceed such rave reviews... the apar**ents are also served by a lift if required. The bed linen and towels were all perfect and the apar**ent was cleaned every day. There is a huge amount of storage space, ideal for a longer stay. The front desk is manned for most of the day and the apar**ents are very secure. They are are around ten minutes from the bus and train station. The ferry's, centre of the historic part of town and all the bars and restaurants are just minutes walk away. Highly recommended..... fabulous.

Le Cupole Suites is a structure in the center of Trapani, a 2-minute walk from the embarkation point for the Egadi islands, equipped with every possible comfort for a perfect stay. The cleaning and attention to detail are impeccable. Pina, the manager, represents that added value that puts praise on the stay. His advice on where to eat and what to visit were really invaluable. We hope to return to this beautiful city soon. We will have no doubts about where to stay ❤️
